Ordered over the phone (cash) Person gave short and blunt replies and after order was made I was told 30mins... 1hr 30mins later, no sign. Called up to find out what was going on and was rudely spoken to, then told I was wrong and unhelpful, then told I had to reorder and wait another hour as they cancelled my food.

We love West Green Fish n Chip Shop, we go every Friday religiously! We used to frequent other "award winning" fish n chip shops in Crawley but, nothing compares toWest Green. Freshly cooked fish and massive portions of chips. A large portion easily feeds two. Very friendly service with a smile and they will cook special orders if requested with no problem at all. I could write a longer review but, I am off to put in my order NOW I'm hungry and its only Wednesday!!! :)

Poor service and when questioning the manager and said your loosing revenue she said not mine either. donât come here run by kids who treat you like pizza in the floor very disappointed wonât be spending my money here ever again.Shame as kids were looking forward to it.

We arrived from Paris landed at Gatwick after our Central Europe travel, pretty late about 10pm and everyone is hungry... We were looking for halal food and searched on google at the surrounding area and found this place. After picking up our rented car, head to this place using google map. We had to go thru a housing area and I began to wonder if the map is right or otherwise... We ended up at the parking area of a cricket ground and the restaurant is the club house. They are about to call it a day and the owner greeted us in a very friendly manner and entertain to our orders.We had two tomahawk and abundant of chips and when I asked for rice, they do not serve rice but accommodative enough to share the rice for their own consumption. The grilled tomahawk are great and more so the host is very accommodating.Its a great place and I'll be back again for sure!

We bought four baguettes, two for our breakfast and two for our lunch on board the plane. All were well filled with interesting ingredients and the bread was seriously fresh. The accompanying coffee was 'organic', they said. Well, it tasted good, which is all I care about. The baguette flavours we chose were 'strong cheese and pickle', 'avocado and bacon', scrambled egg and bacon'. All tasty.

First time using The Real Pizza Company last evening and used our local one in Heathcote Drive East Grinstead. Friendly service on the telephone and excellent delivery time, earlier than quoted and again friendly delivery chap. The pizzas were excellent, far superior than from the usual more well known "High Street" chains. The meat and peppers smelt and tasted fresh as did the pineapple. Very impressed not only with the pizzas but with the price as well. Better quality and cheaper so a win win all round. Will definitely use again on the rare occasion we have pizzas, and have no hesitation in recommending.
