Was recommended to go to the happy house, glad we did, plenty of variety on the menu, enjoyed food so much, that we preordered meals for the following Saturday, the chips are also great,

There are nicer chinese take aways around but it is ok, I find the sweet and sour sauce a bit too sour to be honest, They do offer a delivery service which Bangor really needs more of.
Be prepared for some huge portions of chinnese food. The won tons are delicious and highly reccomended as is their duck fried rice again delicious.Prices are very reasonable and don't be dettered by the outsode which needs a lick of paint this place is high on quality food.
We ordered food a couple of times and were never disappointed. The curries were freshly made and customised to suit our needs, the bread was fresh and the biryani was delicious. Defoe worth a try!!!

After a night out in Bangor, this is the place to go. Always spot on and the price is decent. I always go for a chips, cheese, kebab and Garlic Mayo. I was only introduced to this place recently, I will never go anywhere else. Nice one.

It doesn't look much on the outside but the fish and chips we had were amazing. Freshly cooked to order cod, fresh chips and a portion of mushy peas. I wanted a cup of tea..."just a minute while I put the kettle on".If the weather is good sit by the coast, if it's not so good see about eating in the little café area Well worth a visit if you're in north Wales.

I normally go to Templetons up the street (highly recommended) i went here for a change as the famioy wanted a chippy tea, when i went in i ordered haddock, cheeseburger, small chips and 2 jumbo sausages... the woman who served me was very rude and made a comment saying "jesus if you keep this up we'll be here till midnight" and "this isnt all for you is it"... the chips were wrapped over and over as if they were being posted 1st class and by time i came to eating them with the kids (5 minutes max) the chips were all broken, mushed and stuck to the paper ... could only scavenge 1/3 of the chips and the rest were put in tue bin .The haddock was full of bones and the batter came off as it was stuck to the paper so I was left with a boney, batterless fish ... The burger was tiny, about half the size of a McDonald's Cheeseburger and was so small it was moving freely in its polystyrene pack... gave us 1 jumbo and 2 small rather than 2 jumbo , 1 small sausage was burnt badly on 1 side and everything was tastless....AVOID
We bought food here three times during a holiday stay in a nearby cottage having kebab or a wrap on two occasions and a pizza on the other.Portions are plentiful and tasty but we prefer thin base pizzas which are not listed on the menu but are available upon request. We are fussy about meat and always wary about what kebab shops serve as, to us, the doner meat looks an awful mush of who knows what. However, if you venture in there is a chilled display cabinet with lamb, chicken and kofta skewers ready to be cooked to order. Small kebab £4.50, large £6.50, small wrap (which is big) £5. Open 3-11 daily. One visit was after the Wales vs England Euro '16 match and the delivery man was laden down with orders so obviously popular with the locals / repeat business.A friendly family run business that deserves to thrive.
