Ordered a take away from here on Easter Sunday of our holiday away weekend.Lovely friendly staff and very quick ServiceAll dishes delicious Have to recommend the Chow Mein and Crispy Beef .... DeliciousOnly reason i havent given 5* is because they dont take cards so i had to get cash back from the shop across the road that charged me £1 a no no in 2018 and the dish prices were more expensive than other chineses we have used in the past

Ordered a crispy duck which came with sliced cucumber and sliced onion (a regular onion not the usual spring onion accompaniment) and when we got home we realised the cucumber was mouldy. Called to tell them about this and didn't even get an apology. I quote what they said to us 'Oh right Ill tell the cook'. I paused on the line for a few moments to see if there was going to be an apology - but there wasn't. Shocking. Will avoid this place in the future...
We walked all the way back from the Ilfracombe Harbour to have a late lunch and boy, were we pleased that we waited to get to El Loco cantina! The burritos and tacos are amazing and the churros to die for. They also offer true Mexican soft drinks. My teenage daughter rated the meal 28 out of 10! We can't wait to go back and try the nachos, rice box and have more churros. The staff are really friendly and want to be there! They are passionate about Mexican street food. What a great find in Ilfracombe! DEFINITELY COMING BACK!

As our name suggests we offer everything you would expect from a traditional Fish and Chip Shop, but we also have weekly Street Food Specials from across the World. In addition to takeaways we also have a restaurant that can comfortably seat 24.
Have been twice to this restaurant since it has open for take away fish and chips ( formerly known as Kings) It's clean, staff polite.Once order is taken the fish is freshly fried while you wait, for take away customers there isn't any seating except the chairs in the restaurant, one other small problem is when there are a number of customers no one is sure who is next once the fish is cooked perhaps a numbered ticket would help, but over all the fish is well cooked also the chips, certainly would go back again

We are staying at Warcombe Farm and wanted a takeaway that was a bit different from burgers and fish and chips. Lovely home cooked food! We ordered Chicken Curry and Thai Red Curry and both were delicious. I found this takeaway on TripAdvisor and it lives up to it's 5 star reviews. We will be camping again next year and will definitely be visiting again.

An 80 seater restaurant & take away business located on the promenade with views out over the Bristol channel and only 2 minutes walk from the Landmark Theatre & car park.
Food was okay but the staff were awful. Rude and unpleasant, guy behind the counter was effing and blinding about god knows what! Waitresses were to busy talking amongst themselves and wasnât paying attention to anything! Will probably try maddys next time.

On the few occasions we have used this take-away it has been busy and consequently the wait is inevitable. The food is average.Hygiene is the biggest let down. Serving staff wear no gloves and handle monies and frozen food with no cleansing of hands. On my latest visit the freezer door was left opened for at least 4 minutes while the fish was handled and put in the fryer and other duties were attended to. If this is in front of customers........Hopefully the high fat temperature kills off the germs from the handled coins.

Had fish and chips here on our last night, really really tasty. Our fish came without skin which I prefer, and chips good. Lovely batter on fish too. Staff very friendly and organised and professional, compared to in another sea front chippy where poor service and chips not so good.

Portion sizes are plentiful, great value for kids with Value Box (small fish, small sausage, small chips for £4.50). Only gripe was the chips were a little on the greasy side but the cod was large with lovely chunky flakes.I was impressed that theyâve ditched the plastic carrier bags for large, sturdy paper bags. Big thumbs up.
