I've admired this farm's Facebook page since 2011.. Well, I finally took a few days and traveled from Long Island, NY for several trail rides and lessons in the arena. I was more than impressed with their string of well cared for Clydesdales and impeccably clean barn, not to mention the perfectly blown out feathers on the herd's legs. Spent three awesome days riding at Willow Grove and looking forward to returning again and again... If you're an experienced rider and looking to improve & refine skills they have some nicely trained horses. The trainer Morgan was a great teacher! Stayed at the Neighbour House B&B down the road and it was lovely.

A 19th-century working farm complete with a restored Gothic Revival mansion.
We had an amazing time with Pat on this special October tour and learned so much. The house is beautiful inside and out and Pat was a wealth of information. She is so passionate about the home, Victorian mourning traditions, and the stories of the people who lived there. We could have stayed all day and listened to everything she knew!

The staff was so warm and welcoming, eager to help. I was surprised how beautiful the store was, with all kinds of goodies, desserts, spices, candles, Jams, hot cider etc. makes for a great gift!!! We were hosting our Operation toys for tots and this farm donated 100 cider donuts, people who attended our event raved on how delicious the donuts were. Be sure to visit.

We had amazing time on our first time at this Sunflower field. It was so beautiful they have a side where you can take pictures and enjoy the beautiful sunflower walk & another side where you can pick your own $2 each steam. Also they have pick your own veggies $6.99 the bag and you pick eggplants, tomatoes & peppers. We were so happy because this farm allowed our Coco Chanel 2 years old Chihuahua to be with us. I highly recommended!

After looking for a farm that had organic fuji apples to offer, my family decided to visit Sun High and what a delight it was! Apples were abundant and extremely delicious! Also, we tried the BEST APPLE CIDER DONUTS EVER! Make sure to get there very early to find easy parking. The farm gets crowded fast! Staff is very courteous and we will be back next fall to enjoy more apple picking! But, they offer a lot of produce year-round!

Step back a century and pick your own apples, pumpkins and tomatoes at our authentic old farm. Open seasonally September & October only. We will open for our 45th pick your own harvest season on August 30 this year. Hope to see you then!
I look forward to fall everyone year for days like this! Riamede Farm has everything to make your fall fun adventure memorable. We started off with doughnuts and sweet apple cider before heading in to the orchard for apple picking. They also have a huge pumpkin patch with a wide variety of gourds to decorate your home! Pro tip: Bring a knife to cut your pumpkin off the vine, and a wagon to wheel it to your car!

Alstede Farm is simply amazing! The fields are vast with an assortment of sunflowers, apples,, pumpkins, and other fruits/vegetables. I came to pick apples but left with those and everything else. The farm is huge and you could walk but the wagon ride is way more fun. The fair portion has delicious corn, apple cider, and if your over 21 theres wine tasting. Winning! The store carries a variety of foods like cheeses, coffee, maple syrups, desserts and more. The farm sell their own personal products, which are delicious. All the while there is a live band playing upbeat tunes. Almost forgot to mention the sweet and friendly animals. They come right up to you to say hello and of course are looking for a snack. I truly enjoyed myself ans will definitely go next year, its worth the $25 fee.
