Agriturismo Il Casale is the ideal place for a holiday with family, or with your better half for small or large holiday in the heart of the Marche region, but also for baptisms, communions, confirmations, weddings and events of any kind.
3 night and beautiful days with my life in ancient house. Very good cooking of typical and local food (3 breakfast and dinners). Mr Lucio is a good advisor to visit the Region of Marche and you have the Adriatic sea in 30 minutes. We'll come back surely.

The farm Badia is the passion for horses and nature. Result of the restoration of a house 800 in the countryside. Ideal for those who like to relax in the quiet hills or for those wishing to spend the day at the beach. Excellent starting point for visiting the many villages and the beauties of the region "Marche".
We were a bit disappointed about our stay here. Yes, the owner was really friendly and the house was at a beautiful location in the hills. Unfortunately, our room was really noisy, we heard everything from the bathroom in the room next to ours, so much that we were woken up multiple times during the night. We stayed for 3 nights, and slept really bad each night. It's surprising that this was not mentioned in the reviews before. The bathroom could use a good cleaning, they clearly forgot to clean the sink and faucet, the mirror was also dirty. The room was basic but not too small. I had the feeling there was not much attention for the covid situation. Except for some bottles of disinfection, almost no one was wearing a mask, not even the owner herself. This gave me an uncomfortable feeling. Apart from that, the bed was good, the swimming pool was nice (salty water). Breakfast was good, but not as it looks in the pictures (I guess because of covid). There was a ranch on the same domain, which was nice. Overall: it was okay, but I would not come back.

We were taken by our Italian friends to this beautiful 12th century converted farmhouse for lunch. The setting is stunning, the welcome is warm and the food is fantastic. The chef Marco is world class and the food is the best we have had since our arrival in Italy a month ago. They also have beautiful accommodation and a pool on the grounds. The design is a perfect mix of old world with modern conveniences. We will stay overnight next time so we can also enjoy their breakfast.

With garden views apartments include a seating area, a dining area and a kitchen or kitchenette with oven, air-conditioned, flat-screen TV. The private bathroom comes with a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. Free WiFi is available throughout. Peace and relaxation with the most spectacular views make this a rural idyll. Add to that a friendly village, plenty to see and do in this unspoilt area, and great restaurants, and you have the best place for a holiday. We’ve been six times and are already planning our next visit. The standard of maintenance is outstanding, overseen by Signora Iole, who doesn’t like to see a leaf out of place. She is the life and soul of the place and will give you any information you need, always with a cheery smile. There are spacious grounds with two pools – the main one linked to a hydrotherapy / children’s pool – an astroturf tennis court/five-a-side football pitch, a gym with body-building equipment and a small man-made lake. This is an old farmhouse converted into five small apartments. They are well equipped and have a good ‘cooking corner’ but are designed for couples and have only a double bed. Single beds or cots can be added on request, but this makes them rather cramped (some more than others), so it’s not ideal for families – though you could take a second apartment for your children. There are rough stone steps which are not safe for toddlers unless holding a hand.

1600 farmhouse completely restored at the end of 2012 immersed in the countryside of PERGOLA but easy to reach. The rooms some with original stone walls are decorated in colonial style, two have a mezzanine. The dining room where we serve lunches and dinners as well as amazing breakfast buffet (included in room price) and delicious appetizers and wine tasting in the beautiful caves. The exterior in close contact with nature are furnished with comfortable lounges to spend some time relaxing with an aperitif among the fruit trees and the trot of our two donkeys.

When you go on holiday, it's the people you meet that really make your holiday special. This is so true of Agriturismo Verziere - the family that run it are genuine, kind-hearted folk. They don't speak very much English, and we don't speak any Italian, but the warmth and goodwill that radiates from this family is memorable. We had a lovely apartment - clean, new, well-appointed and roomy. The pool is large and sparklingly clean and the continental breakfast is ample and delicious. Granted, the pool is open to the locals in the late afternoon and the music goes on in Italian-style, but this adds to the authenticity. The property is close to both Urbania and Urbino and is very easy to find. We hope to stay with this lovely family again soon!

We had a memorable stay at Ca'Lupino - an unique holiday home set remote on a hill with beautiful surrounds and vista. It's ideal for a relaxing vacation, really very quiet and in the middle of no where, but only minutes drive away to the nearest village. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They have maintained the place well - only 4 rooms and they are clean and neat. Staying there gave us a taste of living in a farmhouse. You need a car to access and parking is just at the door step. It feels very private and safe despite remote Surely a heaven for nature lovers and we can enjoy the fresh air and wonderful view. The only `complaint' is that breakfast was a bit lacking in variety and exactly same for three mornings.

We stayed only one night in this very cute and quaint agriturismo, about 5mins away from stunning Urbino. Our room was huge with plenty of space and a nice spacious bathroom. Everything was clean and very good Covid precautions. There is a nice pool outside, which was no longer usable at the end of September, although it was still able to give a very nice romantic setting. Lots of lovely cats around the property. We had both dinner and breakfast at the property - the latter of which was included in the room rate - and both were excellent, with plenty of typical dishes, desserts and local wines. Staff was polite and friendly. Overall a great staying for an affordable price.
