If you want a perfect place to stay strategically located to the pristine beaches of Scivu and Piscinas then look no further. This family run agriturismo was delightful and well run. We stayed a week in no 7 with Mountain View’s and a good firm mattress. At breakfast we were greeted each morning by the Signora a charming hostess and a large buffet to choose from. The abundant dinner each night was carefully prepared and delicious. The house wine was amazing! Stefano and his team did a fabulous job with service and providing great tips for the area. We’ll definitely come back next year!

The farmhouse is located on the southwest coast of Sardinia. Our guests can visit the business center where there is animal husbandry. We have a large room devoted to food, equipped with heating with 72 seats. The bedrooms are each equipped with three service heating, which is equipped for guests disabilities.
The place itself and the owners and their lovely daughter (who became the interpreter) are lovely. Very remote and rural, room was good with a good shower, meal was served with all guests at the same table - we were the only English there and our company were Italian and French which required some retrieval of O Level French! Food was pretty good too. It's a fairly rough track up to the farm so better in a 4 x 4 but our Fiat Panda 2wd managed fine. Great views and only 30 mins to the nearest beach (that's the time taken to do about 7km so you get an idea of what the roads are like!). Our only criticisms are that we'd have liked two pillows each and also one of the lights in the room was obviously broken. We would stay again!

A clean place, a bit out of the way, but perfect for visiting Barumini. Rooms could use a bit of freshing up, but are ok. Breakfast was ok, but expected a bit better from an agroturismo. The manager was very friendly and gave us good info about the restaurants in the area.

There are a lot of agriturismi in Sardinia that offer nothing more than just a stay. And then there is La Grotta del Tesoro. Off the beaten track, but well worth the visit. The rooms are nice, the scenery interesting, but what makes it special is that you actually see the farm, the animals and the hard work the owners put in it. And it shows! The food they prepare is traditional, with a savoir faire that only comes from the connection with the land. It's not your typical hotel, so don't expect to be pampered, but if you're looking to get a glimpse of the true Sardinia you're in for a treat! Take note: be sure to let them know when you're coming and that you're planning to eat. The food they prepare takes time, so don't expect it to be available at a whim. Helps if you speak Italian, as they are not so good with English.

Welcome to Sardinia and to Casa Casti agritourism. The agritourism is situated in Donigala, an ancient agricultural small village. It is located in a wide and uncontaminated area whose landscape is dominated by endless sand dune expanses, desert beaches, hills and mountains covered by Mediterranean bush, valleys, rough volcanic peaks, a landscape where everything is reflected in the water as if it admires itself.Everything has survived silently and almost miraculously so far.
Casa Casti boasts beautiful views over rural hills and nearby lake. We arrived in the evening and we're greeted by the Chef, who prepared an amazing dinner especially for us. Ravioli, slow-cooked lamb, accompanied by house red, and grilled vegetables. Everything fresh and delicious! The room was spacious and comfortable. Do visit Casa Casti if you want to escape big city life!

Unique experience with amazing home made food and super delicious pastry by Angela & Giuseppe. High above the Costa Verde with great view to the beautiful sand dunes of Las Piscinas Beach. Very quiet and off civilisation with great hike to Monte Arcuentu, overlooking the island of Sardegna. We were treated like family. Grazie di tutto e torneremo presto ??❤️

Surrounded by cork oaks, La Quercia is 17 km from the Costa Verde and 11 km from Arbus. It features an outdoor swimming pool with a small fitness corner. The family-run country house features stone and a brick details on many of its walls. The public spaces are decorated in typical Sardinian-style, creating a rustic atmosphere.Upon request, Agriturismo La Quercia will open its restaurant and serve traditional dishes from the area.Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi access in the property’s lobby. The air-conditioned rooms are simply furnished. They include a private bathroom, and a patio with views on the surrounding greenery.
Not enough to say about this great place, because you must come here and see what'is the real sardinia. Veryv friendly people, superbe food and great location, the best agriturismo in Sardinia for us!!

The couple running the business are rude and unfriendly. They gave us a wrong key and we had to sleep in the car!!! They switch off the phone during the night and you cannot reach them in case of emergency. It was a total nightmare. The palce is in the middle of nowhere. Bad mantained, dirty...horrible. Finally they opened the door with a COPY OF THE KEY at 6 in the morning!! A couple of hours later they changed their mind and refused to give us the money back because we had a shower!!! The room was horrible, everything broken. The most disappointing hotel ever. Later on, so we could not leave a comment in Booking.com they cancel the booking themselves saying we did not show!!

Rocca su Moru Farmhouse is situated in Arbus (70 Km from Cagliari), a nice village on the south west coast of Sardinia, just a few miles from the beautiful beaches of "Piscinas", "Scivu", and the Green Coast. It is the ideal place for a relaxing stay surrounded by a breathtaking still unspoilt scenery. This farmhouse provides a taste of authentic Sardinia, away from city noise, crowd, and frenetic life, providing you an ideal base to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Rocca su Moru is run by The Dessi, a family of ancient traditions ready to welcome their guests with the typical Sardinian kindness. The Dessi also run an agricultural and live stock family business whose products are the base for the preparation of their famous dishes such as "Porceddu", suckling lamb, cheese and ricotta cheese, crispy vegetables as well as the "malloreddus" campidano style, "fragola sarda", "seadas" and the home made "culurgiones", roast meat, home made liqueurs and delicious cakes. As you can see their cuisine reflects the typical sardinian tradition but it is also very thoughtful of any particular need of their coeliac, diabetic vegetarian guests. Behind the marvellous beaches, the unspoilt countryside, and the wonderful Sardinian cuisine Rocca su Moru is a few kilometers far from several attractions such as the old mines of Montevecchio, Ingurtosu and Masua, the Sardinian Knife Museum, Su Mannau Caves. It is also possible to ride horseback in the countryside, take a boat trip along the coast, watch the deer and local fauna during the exciting night safaris organized by Paolo. Rocca su Moru with its 10 en-suite bedrooms, 1 en-suite bedroom with kitchenette, 1 en-suite bedroom with disabled people facilities, the huge charming dining room with disabled people facilities, its genuine delicious cuisine and unspoilt nature looks forward to welcoming you.
We had a very pleasent stay at Rocca su Moru. Particularly the food is worth recommending - Sardinian traditional food made with great passion! The owners are very welcoming and helpful too. The area around is quiet and relaxing.

We stayed one night, and enjoyed a delicious meal of many courses made using ingredients grown on the farm, and a lovely breakfast the next day. The people who run the Agriturismo are really nice, friendly and welcoming, and the location is perfect if you just want to chill out and relax in the middle of nowhere for a bit. Bliss!
