The company, family-style, has 28 acres planted mostly with olive trees, with 1300 olive trees that surround the house and the park. The house is completely renovated with bio - architecture techniques, which can minimize the ecological impact on the environment and largely self-sufficient in energy, due to widespread use of renewable sources. With the restructuring were made 7 rooms including 5 mini- suite equipped with every comfort, and 2 double rooms very spacious, with wonderful views towards the hills and with views that depart from the Sibillini Mountains to Monte Conero. For those whishing to stay longer (min. 1 Week) we offer two lovely apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms, living room and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher included). The apartments and the rooms each have their own private entrance. Our guests are invited to enjoy the garden and the terrace equipped with sunloungers, sunshades, tables and chairs to enjoy an open air lunch or a magnificent sunset. A new outdoor swimming pool! There are two communicating basins: main pool 12X6 m large, depth 1,4 m and children's pool 4X4 m large, depth 0,4 m. The pool is surrounded by a large solarium with sun beds and umbrellas, and amazing, breathtaking landscapes. There will be also showers and changing rooms available. We expect to complete construction works of the pool by the end of May, to make it fully functional for the summer season.
