Easily accessible from Haneda Airport! Nonstop shuttle buses are also available from Tokyo, Shinjuku, and Shinagawa stations. A resort outlet mall with about 250 shops!
One of the best outlet park in Tokyo with a lot of international and local Japanese brands. You could spend at least one day here for shopping if you like Japanese brands such as Blue label Crestbridge/ Black label, ABAHOUSE, Franc Franc, etc. The only drawback of this outlet is the transportation to Tokyo city Centre Shinjuku is not so frequent. And no alternative transportation is available besides the shuttle bus service. You need to catch the shuttle bus and wait at the bus station in advance to secure a seat. It would be better if there are more frequent shuttle bus service to Shinjuku.

Outlet mall with a wide variety of 210 shops, near the center of Tokyo; the shops include fashion, outdoor, and sports gear, as well as many cafes and restaurants!
Ride a train from Ikebukuro and take bus to outlet, it's fantasy shopping for my wife, Coach get more than 50% discount, I shop some jeans Lee & Edwin , it's quite cheap compare with the signage shop in Macau & HK. and many household items around, food court really reasonable. Try to visit the supermarket at next door, however, only for members . Anyhow, its good to spend a coupons of hour there for my wife/ shopping mode.....
