What a fabulous evening. Steve Brookstein X Factor winner singing and the best vegan meal ever. Healthy and delicious Cauliflower Steak followed by lemon cheesecake. Best meal Iâve had in the village for a long time. Visited as two couples whilst cruising the Bridgewater Canal. Apart from being a very pretty village location we were delighted to find this quality of restaurant in such a relatively small place. We found the choice of dishes to be quite varied, innovative and lived up the promise. Great selection of starters, main courses and desserts. Good choice of wines which were very well selected. The service was also excellent and extremely attentive. Couldnât find fault and would certainly go again given the opportunity. Sadly we were only here for one night.

We came for an early valentines dinner. It was very quiet which suited us. Service was excellent throughout, food was of a really high quality and drinks also good and reasonably priced. Highlights were the sea bass with ratatouille and spaghetti. My steak was amazing and the walnut and pear tart just the best. I donât know why it took us so long to try Nectarine but we will be back very soon.

I visited the GOTS with my wife for the first time after hearing many good reports from friends. Our visit did not go to plan however, the reception was pleasant and efficient as we were showed to our table but then the service dropped off.We waited 25 minutes for our drinks which were served with apologies, then after stating no mushrooms the wife's kebab was served with mushrooms, this at the one and a half hour point. Normally my review would be negative given the performance but something surprising happened. The reaction from the staff and management was completely professional, they were very disappointed with their failure to reach their standards and apologised profusely, genuinely! The meal was struck off and a further discount was issued.Mistakes Happen, when the attitude of an establishment is as professional and consciousness as the Grill on the Square, it reassures me that they won't happen too often. We will return!

Situated in the centre of Stockton Heath village and with a fully enclosed and heated terrace, Ego is a must visit to watch the world go by whilst enjoying freshly cooked Mediterranean food and delicious cocktails. The restaurant is ideal for large groups

Our food speaks for itself as we pride ourselves on the quality, taste and presentation of the food we serve, as mouth watering dishes, scrupulous attention to detail and personal service all fuse to bring about the perfect experience.
We took a while to locate Spirit as it's tucked away behind the Park but it didn't disappoint . A lovely setting. We sat inside the bar area looking at the menus it was a busy Saturday night and service was a little slow. The restaurant being busy was beautifully spread out. We could all hear ourselves speak which is rare on a Saturday night! The furniture and decor is very tasteful. The food was of a really high standard and delicious , beautifully presented. We ranged from roast tomato soup to halloumi ,beef kebabs, superb butternut squash ravioli , monkfish curry and lamb rump. Given the quality of the food it was reasonably priced. We look forward to returning.

This is what we do, what we know and what we love. Professional, unobtrusive, friendly and relaxing - a truly memorable offering that drives our desire for a captivating dining experience. We thrive on exceeding expectation and our team are dedicated to d
First visit, hadn't booked but welcomed with big smiles and excellent, unrushed service throughout -perfect on a very wet, miserable day. Nicely spaced and set banquettes & tables, non intrusive background music and great 'banter' (not compulsory!) We both opted for the 2 courses prix fixe menu (there is a tasty looking brunch menu too -both served until 3pm).We especially enjoyed the celeriac soup ( 2nd 'taster' spoon provided!) & confit pork croquette - tender & packed with flavour. Tasty fish and chips to follow -one of two additions for the day to the prix fixe choices and the written menu changes regularly. The fish was 'chunky' and perfectly cooked. We shared a cheese plate "3 british cheeses, sourced within 60 miles of the Terrace served with quince, grapes, honey, celery & a selection of biscuits" plenty for 2 after the 2 courses. A large glass of rose for the non driver - perfectly chilled - and an excellent 'partly shared' glass of dessert wine with the cheese. We like that, where possible the food is locally sourced, it's freshly cooked and well presented. We felt full without that 'I've overeaten' feeling. Good to have a different 'more upmarket' but still informal restaurant in the village and we're already thinking about our next visit together and to recommending it to friends. Thank you all very much:)Dear ourfeatheredfriendsThank you for your lovely review, we appreciate how thorough you have been in describing your first dining experience with us and we hope it was the first of many.We look forward to welcoming you back in the near future. Many thanks, Marc.

Staff are amazing, especially Tomas. Always an enthusiastic, warm welcome to be had whether youâve booked ahead (recommend you book ahead!) or turned up on a whim!Tuesdays are great value for money. Check out the paella deals. The paella is authentic and delicious!Fridays are good to enjoy free pinchos with the drinks, they are not always the same. Had delicious rabbit terrain amongst the usual suspects of tortilla and meats and cheese.Calamari is always excellent (take note Ego!). Hot, fresh, tasty and cooked to perfection.Excellent cocktails on offer and value for money.Sangria usually good but not great last time, tasted stale and unbalanced. Still, it was nearing the end of the night and we had had enough.Patatas bravas hit and miss, more roast potato than great potatoes with spicy sauce and aoili.Highly recommended for tapas. No salads or healthy choices which needs to be addressed! Not the Russian salad either. More fish please!

Alwayâs fresh and tasty! We look forward to welcoming and serving you at our new Turkish Restaurant in Lymm, within the heart of Cheshire. Our Turkish cuisine combines influences from all over the country, with many of our authentic dishes and recipes com
We really like this small cosy restaurant, feel extremely welcomed by friendly and warm staff; their service is very personalized and you feel really good when you bring your guests over...They remember what we like, and even that our son is allergic to nuts...They would bake his bread separately and will try their best to accommodate all our taste requirements. Lamb Beiti is a must to have if you haven;t tried it yet, and so their adana kebabs. Early bird menu is specially very reasonable price wise, with most of the main menu choices on it. I am not exactly a big turkish cuisine fan but this place probably made me a convert.

It's hard to over-sell La Boheme. We have lunch there reasonably regularly and all aspects of the experience are consistently excellent. The surroundings, the service the food and the value are above expectations. The menu is varied and we have tried quite a few of the dishes - each one better than the last. I think you would have to work pretty hard to have an experience here that was anything less than outstanding. Frankly the biggest question is how do they do it for the (very reasonable) price?Of course we plan to keep going back.
