We came for late lunch to this nice place close to the A3 motorway. We found three areas in this restaurant:1. the classical part inside2. a modern part in the winter garden with lots of glass windows3. a country-style outside seating areaWe did go for option 2 and had an excellent lunch with lots to eat and great taste. On top very friendly service personnel and plenty of parking lots outside.
Limited menu but focused. The Leberli with roesti that I ordered was well cooked but the chef overdid with the salt. Service was perfect and very friendly.

We've been there many times since this facility was converted from farm to kindergarten to restaurant some 30 years ago and our assessment remains stable. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of Lake Zurich; inside is a cozy wood-paneled "Stubbe" atmosphere - or an equally cozy atmosphere in their wine cellar, which is the real trade of the house; just their food is uneven, some original ideas very well prepared but occasionally you hit something really strange and distasteful. Our latest experience was however perfect: a trout!

We believe that delicious food is something essential in life and should be accessible for everybody. We work hard to ensure this by producing almost all products by hand and selected ingredients till nowadays. Our guests enjoy our breads, chocolates, cak
I stopped in at the Café Brandli for a quick little snack while I was waiting for a train connection. The main entrance level has the take-away counter where you can purchase fresh breads, cakes, desserts, chocolates, sandwiches, yogurt, hot and cold beverages and more. There is also an upstairs sit-down café, but on my visit this area was rather busy so I headed back downstairs and was able to take a seat at the lone table near the take-away counter. I sampled the plum mini tort (3.50CHF) and it was very tasty. The staff was friendly and very professional. Certainly worth a visit.

Debbie's is a warm, inviting restaurant with a wonderfully delicious menu, right in the heart of Richterswil. You feel at home right away with the cozy atmosphere. Upon request, Debbie baked her amazing carrot cake for our surprise birthday party and presented it herself, to our guest of honour! Our group was sitting on the beautiful, outdoor balcony and when it became a little windy, were we moved inside to be a little warmer. The care and the quality of service is exceptional. Debbie's is not to be missed!

Dinner with a friend and his wife, who live in the area. Definitely a local spot with no pretensions. Sit outside in the terrace area and watch the trains go by. Friendly service. We had the tartare and an order of chanterelles to start. I have had tartare in many parts of the world and this was one of the best. Fresh, nicely spiced and extremely tasty. The "Fitteller" salad plates are well worth it - a combination of different salads with a schnitzel along side. To offset the ehalthy aspect get the fries as well. Great food, cold beer, outdoors at Zurichsee - what else could you want. If in the area on business this is a local spot that is worth the visit.

Well worth dropping by if you are in he area. They have a restaurant and a brewery store with beer and other items for sale. The food seems a bit expensive but I can tell you the Saison beer is very good.

Eder's Eichmühle has the perfect location in the countryside a bit off Wädenswil. Their garden is wild and still very well maintained. We went for the menu and were happy about the food. The first course was very nicely presented and tasted amazing (sashimi, prawn). The second dish was tempura fried Dover sole on a cucumber carpaccio - simple and nothing really exciting. The main dish, Swiss lamb from the alps, was too heavy for me - a huge portion of meat! The Cuban chocolate dessert on an apricot sauce was to die for!

Stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant. Absolutely awesome service, freshly prepared dishes, all home-made. Cannot rave about this restaurant enough. We had one vegetarian in our group and the chef prepared a marvelous mushroom pasta dish that was amazing. This small restaurant outranks some of the finest largest establishments I have had the opportunity to enjoy in all my travels.
