This is a basic counter service restaurant - nothing fancy - but the food was very tasty.I was looking for a place to re-experience the meals I had at my grandmothers house - and this place delivered!If you are in Wadowice - and you want good traditional polish food at a reasonable price, this is a great choice.

It's in a lovely location, just off the main square. In a basement that backs up to Sumo Sushi, which is very good.To be honest, once I saw the menu I wanted to leave. I was expecting something different....I think it would be ideal for young health conscious family for lunch. But for a date with my wife it was a poor choice. The menu features 10 fairly commonplace salads, three cream soups. 3 pastas, Carbonara, Shrimp, and one other.4 chicken dishes ( we had 2 and the chicken was lukewarm, dry and the sauces greasy and overpowering). The service was polite and warm but very inattentive.All in all not a place to go for a dining experience. But good prices and good for kids.

As we were a bit in a hurry, our choice at the Finezze were only pizzas and indeed these have proven to be ones of the best ever: thin and crispy, not overloaded with toppings, fresh and simply delicious. The dough itself is really tasty! Honestly we didn't expect to find such a place. Coffee lovely, served with a sweet treat, staff very friendly, professional, polite and kids-oriented. Restaurant is rather elegant but not creating too much distance. We do recommend!

The staff were very kind. Although the menu is only in Polish and they doesn't speak any languages, they were very helpful. Don't wait for a modern restaurant, this is an old, traditional Polish place on the bank of the river. But our dinner was really delicious!And the prices were friendly, we paid only 178 zl for 4 persons for fine main courses and for 2 rounds drinksI recommend this place.

Restaurant is located in convenient location. Looks lovely. But restaurant review should be mainly about food. My wife's salad was out of date. My Russian dumplings had practically no filling, watery and dull taste. Kids pizza was chewy and did not taste like a pizza at all. We complained to the owner.

At first we were positively surprised by the restaurant. Nicely done, definitely. The menu was very limited, but OK. And than we started to eat... the food tasted bad or nothing. I don't recommend to anyone who appreciates what he/she is eating. This restaurant is located in the city of Wadowice the birthplace of John Paul ll . Staff is friendly and welcoming. They make you feel at home, and will cater to your needs. The homemade food is tasty and plenty. After we have finished our main course we were treated to an ice cream dessert on house. Polish hospitality at its best!

We were recommended this restaurant by our hotel. The food was very tasty, the servers were friendly and quick, and the prices were very good! We order a couple of drinks, large main courses, and a dessert for a very low price, compared to what it would be in the United States. It's a little off the main square, a good location and a nice ambiance. I would highly recommend it!

Champs has better than average American bar decor but the reason to go is not the surroundings. They cook thier pork ribs on an open fire and they are not broiled to death first. I cannot remember tasting better ....Anywhere! ( and I've eaten barbq all across the USA) . From the rest of the family the other food was great and good value. Big portions. But don't have the other food ...have the ribbbbbbbbbs! P.s. the Ksiazece Beer is perfect to wash them down.
