Its a guesthouse and a restaurant
The atmosphere sat outside this restaurant was lovely. Locals playing cards and families and friends enjoying themselves. We ordered a sharing platter which was expensive for what it was but tasty all the same. The staff were attentive and polite and it was good to try some traditional local food

Restaurant Lagana is hotel restaurant of the Holiday Inn Villach. But, when you enter the restaurant you do not have the impression you are in hotel. It is one of the best restaurants in Villach. The menu is not very large, but all meals are very tasty and good. The choice of wines is also very good. The service is excellent. The only weak point are the prices. It is expensive restaurant.Dear Dragan M, thank you very much for your feedback for your Gourmet Restaurant Lagana.Because of your honest oppinion we are able to improve your service and to fulfil the guests expectations. We hope to welcome you soon again. With best regardsyours Lagana Team

Here you can taste the famous Villacher Beer, served with delicious Austrian specialities.
This lovely restaurant, with a tree covered terrace, is less then 8 minutes walk from the train station. We had less than two hours between our train from Slovenia and our bus to Venice. This was a wonderful slice of Austria for us. The sausages were good, and the strudel was excellent!

I have been here twice in the past 3 years. The food both times has been very good. I had the pastrami fillet which was excellent. The salad was a little on the small side, and somewhat plain. I didn't have the soup, but was told it was good. The one negative was I found the table to be a little cramped, and the seating itself wasn't great (comfortable). The restaurant does have a little bowling alley (2 lanes - traditional 9 pin) for some after dinner fun if you haven't had too much to drink.

In the Center of Villach, a tiny little place, full of Italians. Great pizza, nice little plants growing in tomatoe tins, and good beer (even nonalcoholic wheat beer). The pizza has a special twist to it (we especially loved the four types of Calzone pizza), and to us it seems in this small space a new star is rising. We have been there twice already, and plan to visit again soon. The environment is typical for a startup, donât be deterred by the first looks.Amazing - thumbs up!!!

The restaurant Rossoaragosta has a distinct place among the Italian restaurants in the land of Austria characterized by professionalism and friendliness of its staff, a modern and attractive, from a varied menu of fish and meat from the impression typical
Had to drive to Austria several times for business reasons, it's finally a pleasure to stop and have a good meal in a REAL Italian restaurant in Villach. Real because, differently form the other places in the town where the only Italian things you can find are the (often misspelled) names on the menu, this place is run by Italian guys and, most important, the cook is Italian and all the fish comes from the Italian shores. They also serve good meat actually and pizzas, but I personally find most tasty their seafood dishes. Summarizing in three points: good quality of materials, reasonable price, careful service. I'll stop there again.
