We have enjoyed our lunches/dinners here for at least 20 years. The menu offers many choices of what I would call typical Bavarian fare. I had roasted Schweinhaxe today and it was really good. Lots of different styles of beers offered from their brewery.

There is plenty of seating in the recently renovated restaurant that has been in business for ages. The staff is diligent, courteous and professional. They offer traditional local meals as well as international cuisine and always meats from their own Butcher shop. Naturally they offer a good variety of locally brewed Bavarian beers and spirits and very reasonable prices.

Feinschmeckerrestaurant im Gut Ising. Genauer im Gebäude des Restaurants Goldener Pfliug. Eingang zur StraÃenseite. Innen unerwartet rustikale Bestuhlung.

as part of the wellknown ridingschool the Italian manager and his spouse offer excellent Italian food - inside and outside with a spectacular view over the lake Chiemsee and the Alpes. The nearby four star hotel guarantees interesting guests, who enjoy riding and golfing on a high level.

Were there on a monday and it was not overfilled. The menu showed bavarian meals and several types of beer, also unfiltered, were offered.I got a schnitzel that was really good. The small salad was fresh and tasty. The beer, unfiltered, was very yummy, and I liked it much. The waitress was very attentive and nice. There is also a beer garden with higher temperatures, I suggest, tables and seats were outside. The area was formerly a monastry, but long time out of order.Genuine bavarian atmosphere and dishes - great !

This is one of those places that conquer you with the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff alone. On top of that we had the most delicious soup (very creative sweet potato and chili), a very nice fish salad and a perfectly cooked beef with truffels. The wine was very decent as well. Only falter is that the beef was on the hard side. Recommended.

Was invited to have dinner. What a beautiful place, very traditional beer garden style benches. An amazing selection of craft beers brewed there. It's also a brewery. Amazing views of the river passing by. The food is local Bavarian very tasty and filling. Salads are very good too. And it's amazing value.

Business trip staying for one night in this hotel small Bavarian village. Really lovely hotel and very modern/clean bedrooms. Staff in the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, although English was not greatly spoken (minor issue because people wanted to help)Also had dinner in the outside beer garden which was a lovely atmosphere with great food (and beer).

Rather small restaurant not far from the market place. We had a limited luncheon for a small appetite, with a nice spaghetti bolognese with lamb with light Italian white wine from Orvieto. Tasted very nice at a tiny but relaxed terrace. They have a small card but varied daily menu. And the waiter was very helpful. Prices are okay.

Hotel recommended this place. Food portions were huge and very very reasonably priced. My partner had crumbed chicken tenderloins, chips, salad and 2 large beers. I had crumbed beef, chips, salad, 2 glasses wine and a cappacino all for around 32euros. Awsome value. Is very popular with the locals, had a wait of maybe 15mins. Staff a great sat us down at bar section got us our drinks and as soon as a table was free sat us down straight away. This place is a must when in Traunreut or if just passing through you wont be disappointed.
