Founded in the 5th century AD by Vakhtang I of Iberia, since then Tbilisi served as the capital of various Georgian kingdoms and republics. We walked in and asked for a table for two - we were immediately greeted by a moody waitress who waved us away. A kind couple tried to get her attention to let her know they were done so we could have the table. Never experienced such a sulky front of house! Food was decent but nothing special, and sadly ruined by the nature of the service. Georgian service is not known to be the quickest, but normally people are friendly - not at Sabatono though. Could be a nice place if they treated guests better!

We believe that the best taste is natural. That is why we use only organic Georgian products. We believe that the healthiest way to cook meal is to bake it. That is why we cook in specially designed grill Josper that allows to keep all the best of the pro
I was hesitant to come here as I associated "Organic" with vegetarian, but I was desperate to have some lightly cooked red meat and this was indeed the solution. My choice was on the Chef's Specialities, and apparently a best seller. While awaiting I was offered some homemade crisps/dip, very tasty. Then the main arrived and was just so so good! 3 medallions of perfect beef with wine and oignon sauce, served with a piece of 8 different vegetables, really tasty... The head waiter was very professional, all staff were charming. Well done!

Because of the good review, we specifically looked for this place to have our brunch on our last day. They only serve lunch after 1 pm so we had to choose the breakfast option. Food was prepared right in front of you after you order. Fresh greens and sausages for us to enjoy. A little bit pricy but it's okay since it was our last day in Georgia. We were full after and ready to do our walking tour of the city.

Burgers and more
We stopped here for lunch, great decor for casual dining. We ordered the mini burgers which came with fries and coleslaw. Just yummy and delicious, presentation was excellent and prices reasonable.

MacLaren's Irish Pub is situated in the heart of old Tbilisi. Here you can enjoy a traditional Irish pub atmosphere and have a pint of Ireland's famous 'Murphy's Irish Stout', along with England's favorite 'Newcastle Brown Ale' and Czech Republic's legend
We walked by one afternoon and decided to stop in to see if they would be televising the Champions League match that night. They were and they said we could reserve a table. That alone made the service seem pretty good. We came back that night and the same waitress that took our reservation earlier was working. Even though she was incredibly busy, she was so polite and friendly. Apart from the great service, they have great beer, a good atmosphere, and reasonable prices. I definitely recommend stopping by this bar.

Just 50 meters from the hotel's main building is the Iveria Café, where you can join us for breakfast or try one of our tasty sandwiches made with freshly baked bread. While you're here, grab an Italian coffee and a dessert as you watch the Mtkvari River
I have a severe sesame seed and sesame oil allergy so it's always a nightmare to travel to new countries and restaurants. Megi was super great, she spoke fluent English and modified our food to make sure we got what we want minus the sesame!! We loved the food, drinks, atmosphere, music and view!!! Definitely recommend coming here!Dear guest ! Wine bar and shop in the center of Tbilisi (Sololaki), place to drink, eat, meet, enjoy and take home a bottle afterwards. Great wine collection that mostly celebrates artisan Georgian wine makers, local chacha. The blackboard menu changes regularly, so yo
This place was perfect for a light meal and a chance to try a range of wines. Lots of share plates (the trio of pates was very good) and a few soups and salads. Not an extensive menu but enough choice and each dish was very good. Not expensive. Highly recommend. Thank you, Robyne

I don't know why this place is #5 among cafes in Tbilisi. Breakfasts are very simple and average. I had the English breakfast with a cheap boiled tasteless sausage from the supermarket and canned beans. Cappuccino was too hot so I burned my mouth. Cakes are dry, stale and boring. The food doesn't cost it's money.
