Maybe not so trendy from the outside as the other one, but sure to step in and enjoy the older but typical Ardennais style of interior. A simple but authentic friture with a friendly lady-owner taking your order. Prices are OK, fries crispy served on a real plate. If you want to have fries as these should be, step in and enjoy!

We had just visited the abbey and museum and felt hungry so decided to call in at lunchtime, the menu for italain food was very extensive and when it came the size of pizza and the other meals was very generous, in fact to generous for some people who could not eat it all and had to ask fopr some to be wrapped up to take away and eat later. quality was very good and service was excellent.

We stopped for lunch on a Friday after wandering around Stavelot and poking our head into the tourist information centre at the Abbaye de Stavelot. Had the soup of the day, Ardennes omelette, chips and rounded it off with some crepes. We sat outside until the rain arrived then moved inside - the place was fairly quiet but had a welcoming feel and the staff were English speaking.

Long waiting time while there were few customers. Abysmal pancakes, lousy snacks. Typical for the location I guess. helloWe are sorry that you have been ill-served and you have not found it to your liking. We really take into account your comments and hope to welcome you in the best condition. I was staying here for 4 nights and after having pizza, beer and Limoncello on the first afternoon I had to return.Really superb hand made pizza and home made base. Having had pizza and beer we were offered Limoncello on the house by Max, friendly helpful waiter with good English.Cheap as well.Their Chilli sauce is hardly a killer but that's as close as I can get to a criticism.

We visited this nice restaurant for dinner. We order a burger, a jamboneau and penne in the oven . All portions were tasty and quite large. The service was polite but a bit slow. A nice place to eat in Stavelot.

Le Baron in Coo is a newly renovated and cosy brasserie-restaurant. The owners are Dutch, from the southern province of Limburg. Cosiness and quality are key at Le Baron. The door is open to everyone. Do you speak English? French? German? Dutch? That is n
We had a big group dinner which weâd reserved in advance. Some of us took the three course menu for 37 euros. The food itself was good, terrace was ok next to the river, but the service... It has been a while that Iâve seen so many errors (small and big) on a meal. Everytime they came with something they forgot something else and if you mentioned it, it took them a while to get it. I hope for them it was just an off-day, but my experience except for the food was very average.Hello,This sounds real bad and if it really was at our place, then we owe you an apology. But you might want to check if you had your reservation at Le Baron in Coo, because we have a three course menu for 22 euros and a four course menu for 30 euros. No menu for 37 euros though. We did not have a big group reservation of english speaking guests lately and our terrace is not next to the river either....Please be so kind to check it and remove this review here if you had your dinner somewhere else.Kind regards.

Ruud Roxs, the chef de cuisine knows his job; a fine cuisine, with an excellent choice of ingredients, nice combinations and a fine personal touch to the dishes served. Winelist was good, with some special items like a Muscat sec from France; very good with asparagus!
L'Endroit Malmedy is a Bar Gourmand - Restaurant offering a fine selection of drinks, draft beers and a wine bar. As meal, l'Endroit will delight you with its gourmet boards filled with quality products, meat on stones, salads and mussels in season.
The service is ok, because you can order in English, which is a rare thing in Belgium. We would have liked to have the menu also in English, but it didn't happen. The carrot soup is definitely the best choice, the other foods will not catch your attention. Dear,Thanks for your review. We have only one menu on each table and it is in french, dutch and english.Best regards.Christophe & Nicolas
