Restaurant de type bistrot avec une carte changeante tous les mois, produits frais de saisons et locaux.
Immense parking, très belle décoration aussi bien extérieure qu'intérieure. Service long. Moules marinières sans trop de goût mais excellentes avec sauce au roquefort. Très bon muscadet. Poissons excellents et frais. Salle vite bruyante dès qu'il y a des enfants. Les tables sont bien espacées.

We ate here once, only 4 tables taken, we had a chicken dish, (chicken cooked in tomato/red pepper sauce covered with cheese, with pasta) although the Pizza's did look nice, Reasonably priced.

We picked the place as it happened to be on our way and wanted to eat something. Turned out to be a surprise, as the crepes were really good, better than most other places we tried in Brittany! Service was also fast, despite the France-Uruguay worldcup match playing on the TV that day.

We arrived for a return visit to L'Himbert on the 26th February for my birthday and were bitterly disappointed to find that it had in fact CLOSED DOWN just the week before!!We did manage to find another restaurant nearby which had just opened on the 23rd which was OK but it was not in the same class as L'Himbert. We learned from them that L'Himbert had closed, they thought, due to possibly large overheads. Who knows. I just hope that someone can take it on again as it was really special, had great ambience and served great food.

A traditional Brittany restaurant with a very good range of menu options. Our party tried several dishes on the couple of occasions visited - all excellent. No hesitation in recommending this place.

We are eight backpacking the Emerald Coast of Brittany from Erquy in the west to Cancale in the east. It will take 7 days. So not to carry food weight, we have targeted a number of eateries along the coast. One is Le Petit Saint-Michel for a late lunch after some 12 km of trekking.Brittany is known for its buckwheat pancakes, or "galettes de sarrasin". Don't confuse the thicker, hardier galettes with crepes - not the same. Eight adults with different ages and appetites result in varying dishes. I can say that everyone thoroughly enjoyed the tasty and hardy fare here. Dining outside in the sun, and with a sea view just made it all the more pleasurable. If you find yourself along the Emerald Coast, and you want really good, fresh, tasty food, I recommend Le Petit Saint-Michel to you.

Delicious Breton dishes feature fresh fish which I recommend you have with local cider! The now traditional moules frites has a mountain of mussels (mariniere) which are really good. They have daily specials & a fish & chips a l'anglais if you are less adventurous - which was also excellent. It's a popular place so perhaps best to book.

We stayed at the Hotel de Diane and ate here on four evenings. Each evening we selected the â¬22 Sables d'Or menu for ourselves and the â¬15 menu for the children. The food was beautifully prepared, well presented and tasty. We ate in several other restaurants in town and this was #1. We would recommend.

We were pleased to find this well reviewed place only a short distance from our campsite at Les Pins and went on the last night of our holiday as a treat. The food is not cheap but is very good value and beautifully cooked and presented by the husband and wife team. We liked the informal ambience which you don't usually get in a place with food this good. Highly recommended.
