This gorgeous spot is well-worth the short taxi ride from the airport. The couple who run it are charming and were extremely patient with our halting French. Between them, they understood enough English to walk us through the menu. Everything was fabulous and the cheese course to die for. A larger selection of top-quality cheeses to chose from than at most cheese stores even in Paris. The deserts were great too.An unexpected delight and rare find near the airport.Be forewarned, though, a taxi from a deRoissey hotel will start out at the airport so you'll have to pay for the travel time between the airport and the hotel in addition to the ride to the restaurant. We paid about 20 euros each way in total. That said, the meal was less than half the price of a comparable meal in Paris so it was still less costly than dinner in Paris. And both food and wine were great from start to finish.

The Trivium invites you to enjoy an exceptional meal before or after your flight at Paris - Charles de Gaulle airport. Our flagship restaurant offers a creative international menu, a selection of cocktails and an elegant setting
For an airport hotel restaurant Le Trivium is actually very good. I was impressed to see white tablecloths and an extensive wine list. The food was perfect. Surprisingly good. However, the service was bad. Over dinner I was served by 4 different employees. Never the same person. I never received a refill on water, nobody ever asked how my meal was, and nobody ever offered more wine. I would have gladly ordered more wine had I been asked. I wouldn't hesitate to eat here again if I was staying at the Marriott airport hotel, but a little bit of effort to serve guests would go a long ways. Especially at an international hotel.

A very comfy restaurant. The hotel itself is quite far from Paris, so actually you do not need anything ealse staying in. As the cuisine is quite good with decent choice in the menu, for absolutely reasonable prices (especially in comparison with bars and restaurant in Paris). Let's say : a qualitative 4* both hotel and the restaurant. And don't miss the tiramisu ... you will not regret it

We both had the Prix Fixe meal, and both chose the salmon for our entree. The meal was tasty, the waitress was very cheerful and trying hard on her first day (we may very well have been her first customer). The salmon came with rice and a nice medley of vegetables. At the end of the meal we had chocolate mousse and ice cream for dessert, both of which were good. The only thing that turned me off was the water spots on the water carafe and wine glasses (fewer), and the carafe for my chardonnay wine was dirty on the inside. I checked and found the dirt on the inside could be moved when rubbed with my long dessert spoon. My recommendation would be for the owner to buy a better washing machine for the glassware including the carafes.

The food here was really good, although it was priced for it. This was our last meal in Europe, and was pleasant

A French traditional Brasserie, in family for 40 years. Home made food and fresh . Very nice and quiet terraces at the back of the restaurant
Was at the restuarant for dinner last week with a group of people and have been there before and then it was much better. This time no good service and the people in the group that had ordered tournedos were all very disappointed. Some pieces were almost not eatable. Dry and extremely chewy, which made us leave almost all meat on our plates, which the waiter did not even give a notice or ask about⦠Carpaccio was OK and the icecream as well, but main dish was a big disappointment and if the colleagues selected dishes would not have been OK, then I would have given an even worse rating.

But instead of removing from the bill. We where offered the cream brulle free. The cream brulle was good. I would say avarage resturant.

Entrees and desserts in the restaurant were outstanding. We had the Spanish Pork Rack, Burger and Entrecote. Meat was juicy, en point. We ordered Gnocch gratin as additional sides. They are to die for.Red wine list is not too exhaustive but sufficiently good.I have to warn on the desserts. They are to die for and excellent. Whether the Mille Feulle or the warm and flavorful chocolate fondant.... just a great experienceDear JoeK841,I would like to thank you for taking the time to write a comment about your last experience.I am glad to read that you loved the catering offer. We look forward to welcoming you back, Best Regards, Maeva LACROIX - Quality Manager

A rather late summertime evening meal, warm outdoors so we sat at their humble sidewalk tables. It is a small suburban street, so there is little car traffic, but numerous people walking by, including tourists of all sorts. The waiter was very friendly and helpful. The menu offerings were good, and the waiter helpful. But the appetizers were just stunning, both in presentation and in unusual good taste; the main courses were quite delicious as well. Such a memorable meal -- perhaps the warm gauzy sunset helped the atmosphere, and the leafy streetside view. Even the next-door pizza joint added to the neighborhood atmosphere. Expensive but worth every Euro. What a good idea to spend our 20-hour layover there in Roissy, and our meal at Madame Est Servie's sidewalk tables!
