The beating heart of Gressoney, Castore & Polluce offer good music, excellent food, super drinks and an unbelievable wine cellar! Youâll find this amazing place in Tache square in the center of Gressoney la Trinité, where you can choose between three diff
Neat little bar slightly off the main road. Interesting art inside, cool music, good range of drinks and friendly service. Didn't eat although they do serve meals

Niel, a small Walser hamlet of Gaby in the valley of Gressoney, is clinging on the mountains and can be reached only by car driving on a narrow street. So check the snow conditions during the winter.Food is excellent. The only problem is that it is always the same. The wine cellar is high quality and the couple who owns is very nice.Highly recommended!

As a real French "Brasserie" we are something in between a restaurant and a bar. A good selection of local and original dishes, not too long but always good, lots of beers and intersting wines, mostly from Aosta Valley. Small place (it's always a good ide
Seated in the rear that is decorated like a cave, the menu is explained in great detail to ensure the correct choice by the very kind waitress; I ordered the wild boar with polenta which was lovely, combined with a recommended Shiraz. For desert a cheesecake with a white grape desert wine. When we departed the owner greeted and remembered our visit from the previous year; this made us feel very welcome indeed. We will be back

Our favourite place on the mountains of Gressoney. The staff were all so friendly and recognised us as returning guests every day. The bar was great for a pit-stop but the restaurant served the best Italian food. The carbonara is amongst the best I have had (and I travel the world trying carbonaras!) Very clean and well presented in an old building right by the ski slopes. I cannot recommend enough - book for lunch when you stop for a hot chocolate in the morning.

The best Afterski in Alagna, the owners Yada and Stefano are really party people that know how to get the afterski going. Beautiful view over Alagna. But don't take too many drinks, still 400 hight meters skiing down to the village and the police close the place at 17:15 every day. Unless you stay for dinner, that can also be highly recommended.

Great refuge, well located and comfortable. The restaurant inside is very characteristic and food is good. Rooms have comfortable beds and are "practices" for need of a bathroom and they're in a central position from the restaurant.Beautiful view of Monte Rosa, especially during sunrise.

The food is good but not great. Service is friendly. The interior is modern, clean and bright - maybe too much light. It does not have the charm one usually gets in AlagnaDear Guest, thank you for having chosen to share your experience at the Corno Bianco Restaurant, at Alagna Experience Resort. We are very surprised by your comment, however, even criticism helps us understand how to improve ourselves.Sincerely.MIRA Hotels Management

Great value place, loved pizza which you can double up for only 4e, house wine is perfect. Lighting bit too much but no need to worry about that.

Savour your adventure over typical cuisine from Alagna and the valleys Restaurant Montagna di Luce, typically authentic mountain informality in the restaurant with wooden tables, stone walls and mountain tools adorning them, the pride and joy of Montagna
We came back here based on our former positive experience a couple or more years ago, but this time was just ok with a minusâ¦Location is enchanting, in a beautiful village at north of Alagna with beautiful country interiors and outdoor terrace (perfect during the sunny days). We had 2 starters (one vegetarian 12.00 and with meat fillings 12.00); polenta with sausages (12.00); lamb ribs (17.00); bacetti di montagna (house dish 11.00) which is a beignet filled with cheese and mortadella cubes, grated very thick and cheesy⦠all edible⦠local wines (we had the Muntacc). A beautiful place where to lunch/dine in this valley with good and beautifully presented food.We were welcomed by this lady (seems to be the manager); elegant, tall and polite to customers but somehow intimidating⦠at the end when asked her the bill, she was busy: cleaning the dining room (ok, we were the last ones leaving the place) she said: âWaitâ¦â she continued to clean and vaccum-clean the room⦠my mate got tired waiting for her to come to set the bill so I told him wait me in the car⦠usually I considered myself patient and understanding but this was a bit too much as I stood there waiting some more minutes watching her doing cleaning duties (with nobody else in the restaurant nor the reception area)⦠is not better settle the last customers bill, close the cashier, close the doors and do the after lunch-before dinner duties in peace with nobody (bugging) in the area? It seemed a punishmentâ¦
