The Grand Cru Restaurant was built in a beautiful location on the former place of restaurant Red Table, in a baroque house with a courtyard, a few steps from Petrske square. The Grand Cru Restaurant is headed by Premier Wines & Spirits Group, which is one
One of the best fine dining restaurants we have experienced anywhere in the world. The service and food come no better. Our sommelier, Patrick paired the wine beautifully with our tasting menu, even taking us to their wine cellar for a viewing. The manager, Lukas was attentive to every detail timing the plates with our pairings , and the waitress, Veronica assisted with making our 26th Anniversary evening very special and memorable. Thank you. Thank you very much for your lovely comment and we are looking forward to your next visit

Let us invite you for a first class cuisine of Executive chef Tomáš CÃsaÅovský and his team. Explore the treasures of our wine cellar and great service.
This modern elegant restaurant got everything right. It is divided into quiet smaller intimate rooms that make for a romantic evening or fun time out with friends. Our very attentive waiter, Martin, helped with the menu, constantly filled our wine and water glasses and brought us what ever we needed with a smile. Lots of gluten free options, with everything having fantastic presentation and taste. We tried the scallops for a starter which were perfect. Also had a perfectly cooked delicious halibut and chocolate ganache. Everything was outstanding and reasonably priced.

Cooking with seasonal ingredients, their origin and, above all, quality are essential for us. We use both modern and traditional, years-proven procedures to let real taste of authenticity stand out. Our main ingredient is love. We believe it will know abo
3.5 stars. This is an upscale restaurant. The kitchen is an open concept where the customers can see the chefs cooking. The appetizers were good. God the snails, carp ceviche and the mushroom.Got the tripe dish. It wasn't for me. Definitely get the duck breast. It was about 20 minutes wait from our appetizers to our main course. Price wasn't too bad.

The one on the best places out of centre for sure...coctail bar, fresh fish, perfect steaks, lokal beers, smiling staff, perfect food.
We went to Letem Svetem last week after not being there for over a year or so. As always we were welcomed with a smile, like old friends. The owner is as pleasant as always, enthusiastic and generally concerned about guests. The food was absolutely perfect, especially the mushroom soup, I still remember its flavour - rich but subtle, smooth and packed with flavour - no doubt the best soup (of any kind) I have had so far. My main course - fish - was sublime, perfectly cooked with interesting variety of greens (really high quality veggies!). I definitely recommend this place, because there are very few restaurants where you get such great food along with genuinely friendly and not uptight atmosphere :) thank you again team Letem Svetem, see you soon.

The Mailroom bistro located at Old Royal Post is a great hideaway for both locals and tourist amid the bustling streets of old town. A fun Czech menu with a twist, a timeless courtyard and a great staff are just few of the many reasons for stopping by to
Maybe not the restaurants fault but the place was pretty empty on the night we visited leading to a complete lack of atmosphere .Food was very good and the glass of house wine perfectly acceptable . I cannot put into words how fabulous this little restaurant is. I came for my birthday and could not have asked for better. The service was superb, staff had explained where ingredients had been local sourced, had offered great suggestions and knew there product. Friendly & attentive. Restaurant is small but the evening we had been there a great atmosphere. Food was delicious, great size portions and incredible value. Sadly we went on our last evening, if we had found on our first I would not have eaten anywhere else!! Dear Karen, thank you very much for your kind words, we are very proud and pleased that we could contribute to your birthday celebration in any way! Great that you enjoyed our offers and the way we treat our guests. We would be very pleased to welcome you back to our family restaurant again!

We are a bar and bistro where the 1950s and 1960s collide with the 21st century. If you are looking for the Ritz or Four Seasons you are coming to the wrong place. We are a Roadhouse and we don't take reservations or credit cards.
Harken, harken, fellow travelers, as I deliver unto you the tale of our coming to the inn they call the Sad Man's Tongue. T'was a dry and bright Wednesday, I recall, five minutes to noon, and the drunken haze of our previous night had barrely faded when we stepped into the bar - its friendly shadows were calming to our aching heads, and I still remember the melody of olden days that reached us from deep inside. Under the eye of Johnny Cash - in peace may he rest ! - we walked down the steps and went for a table to break bread and quench our thirst that needed no beer nor spirit, but rather an old fashioned coca cola to wash our stupor away...Well it was only a couple minutes before we were all settled down and given welcome and menu, with cold drinks well served, leaving us all the time we needed to look around and fully enjoy what was offered here. And, oh by God, what an offer it was - what delight ! Ain't no diner nor burger joint, i say, that has ever so well encapsulated what we hold most dear of these forty or fifty years long gone, with its music and most simple style, to which no flash nor kitsch shall ever compare. And when Creedence's Bad Moon Rising rang out, I knew this was a place worth remembering...Within minutes only was our food served : glorious sandwiches these were, with chicken masterfully grilled, stacked with fresh tomoatoes, green letuce, thinly cut onions and upon which some cheese had been melted. Homemade fries accompanied the lot, and were done superbly. The bread was fresh and soft, and as I took a first bite, the content such vision had inspired on its own grew thousandfold. For the pleasure of the tongue, I was always one to care as much as the next man; and truly, to the hungry and the well fed alike, this food was divine. But I must say it is foremost all things else that had me conquered by the time we concluded our lunch : the breath of rock n roll in the air, the atmosphere of old, and the good care and kindness of a staff the likes of which I had rarely seen, surely convinced me this was a place unlike any other. When all was done and said, we paid duly the inn with gold - do not think you will pay with the means of a credit card in this hallowed place - and regretted nothing: for the price was more than correct, for such good meal. And what a pleasure it was to eat in the silent company of Lemmy, Sinatra and others, at the Old Man's Tongue, where all is plenty, and all rejoice. To our hostess, whose discussion and service were equally delightful, we bid good fortune and gentle winds; and to the Sad Man's Tongue, I dare not bid farewell, for I know that surely, we shall meet again.Thank you so very much for the excellent review and this wonderful literary review that would make even Chaucer's characters blush. You clearly put some time into this and I certainly appreciate it. I have shared this wonderful review with my staff and they are all thrilled by your words. We will be marking this as our favorite review. Thanks so very very much again :)

with just 12 seats in total this wine and tapas style bistro offers South Italian and Moravian wines (more then 4O by glass) , cold and warm tapas and cosy friendly atmosphere in the heart of historical city
Saw all the good reviews and they were well deserved. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who advised on wine choice and a limited but tasty menu. We booked and got the last table, but there are only about 5 so good job we rang ahead! It looks nothing from the outside, but obviously does well on word of mouth as it was packed the whole time were there and lots of people were turned away. It was a very enjoyable and inexpensive experience.

This restaurant is amazing, the food is outstanding and the staff (especially David) went above and beyond for us.From the moment we entered the restaurant David went out of the way to welcome us, he was so attentive but not intrusive, and he convinced us to try new food and we are so glad he did.....wow, it was delicious! The wine choice we received was also excellent.Everything was perfect, we cannot say one negative thing about our visit and we will be back. In fact, I've already booked for my Manager/Team to dine there in a few weeks, they can't wait based on my feedback!!Dear Sandra H,thank you very much for your comment. You and your colleagues are very welcome come whenever. Our point is to pamper our guests and make them satisfied. We are really happy, that we fulfill your expectations.
