10 days in Greece, staying in Spata- near airport- we enjoyed this taverna in the beach side town of Artemida. Quick drive 15 minutes from Spata; park along the beach. They have a restaurant on either side of the road. Both are cute; better view on the beach, bathrooms across the road.Service friendly; food good and authentic; grilled chicken, fish, salad and some wine. Stroll outside along the coast or into town. Can't lose. You can't lose by going to Greece- what great people, food, and world class sites at reasonable prices!

Enoteca Le Stelle is an Italian restaurant located just 10 min away for Athens International Airport. It offers a wide range of italian dishes & an exceptional wine list.
A trendy Italian-style place, for all day. You may start with a coffee, continue with a meal and dessert, or just enjoy a fine wine!

I was in transit at Sofitel Athens airport and asked about a local place for lunch. This typical Taverna comes and picks you up and drops you off which in itself is pretty impressive. The food and beachside location is so typically Greek and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience here. Of course I over ordered and couldnât finish everything as the portions are so generous, but wanted to try a few dishes and was not disappointed. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and looked after me well and everyone gets a pre meal ouzo and dessert on the house - not that I could eat dessert with my satisfied stomach (and for me, thatâs rare!) The biggest problem is choosing what to order from the vast menu which is a great problem to have. Highly recommended!

We went up here for the amazing view and we weren't disappointed. The food was another matter. They only do sandwiches and snacks, menu was all in Greek so the waiter suggested a mixed platter to us. It was a basket of unidentifiable fried things, some ok, some... not so ok. Everyone around us was eating similar things and looking similarly underwhelmed. Such a waste of a great location!

With international seaside aesthetic, design and architecture, On the Dock was a refreshing and very welcome surprise in the small Porto Rafti harbour. It has a Capetonian meets San Francisco dockside feel to it. The staff, although still fresh and new, are polite and the service is fast. We had a family dinner there on an August Saturday night so we were very lucky to find a table - they were almost all booked. We had burgers, pizza and fish and chips which, although not a perfect UK equivalent, still brought a smile to my husband's lips. The kids were delighted with their meal and the quacamole was good - I would have preferred nachos without flavouring, i.e. simple salted ones, but the dip was still delicious. The restaurant is pricier than other restaurants - all Greek tavernas - in Porto Rafti, but it still is worth a visit, if only for cocktails as the venue is absolutely wonderful. We will definitely visit again.

This restaurant was recommended to us by our taxi driver. Thank you!We were staying at the Dolce Attica and decided to walk to the restaurant. A good way to prepare for dinner. We had the taramasalata (my attempt at spelling). It was very good. House wine was good and inexpensive. Shrimp Saganaki very good with quality bread to mop up the sauce. Small grilled fish recommended by the server, also very good. The meal was finished off with a complimentary dessert. We enjoyed our meal and are happy to recommend this restaurant

OK - so here's the deal... this place is excellent - great range of wines and top shelf drinks - good modern music in a varied setting - restaurant, long bar, lounge areas, nest and high tables - and even an unintrusive Sports TV. Everything is quality including the service and of course that costs just a little more. Easy parking on beach front - toilets are a bit of a wander down stairs. Looks like a great area outside for summer ( closed in winter) - I like it !
