Located in Pissouri Beach, Cyprus, was opened in June 1996 by the Artemis Himonas Family. We pride ourselves on being a friendly, warm, family run establishment, with good food. Enjoy traditional homemade cypriot dishes alfresco in summer or by wood burni
Very pleasant ambience and staff were welcoming. But the service was so slow on a quiet Thursday, not a real problem until the main courses arrived. My wife's mousaka was over cooked and solid, also tasteless. My dolmades were burnt and dry. The accompanying rice turned out to be chips. Not to be recommended. On the plus side, they did not charge for the mousaka.

We stumbled on Stala , while looking for bunch of grapes. We returned following day and several other days. Food was excellent , not massive menu but why do you need it , as all that we are was very tasty , and what service from the hosts so happy and jolly people , lamb chops and ribs still resonate with me , can't wait to return next year , first stop Stala .

We actually planned to lunch at another restaurant but arrived at 4pm when they were closing so we walked 5 minutes to the town center and found a row of Tavernas. Vrakas was almost full (the others were almost empty). So a quick check with TA and yes, we got a table and were very happy with the food and service. We were given a card for a 10% discount for our next meal, se we did breakfast too and it was great.

My partner and I enjoyed a lovely evening meal at the Hideaway. Friendly helpful service in a busy, bustling environment enhanced the really tasty food and wine. All very reasonably priced, we would certainly return if we're in the area again!

We recently revisited the Bunch of Grapes for the first time in many years, and found it, under different ownership, just as good as we remembered. Beautiful setting, helpful and friendly staff and excellent food at a reasonable price. We shall not leave it so long this time before we go back!

Hill View Restaurantâs extensive a-la-carte menu offers favorite international as well as local flavors, making sure every dish served is a delicious gastronomic adventure, surpassing guestsâ every expectation.
Made the 45 minute drive from Peyia to Hill View. Booked a balcony table in advance which I advise you do as they get very busy. A varied menu so there should be something for everyone. I had Calamari to start which was cooked well in a light batter. For main I had the Lamb shank pie and my partner pork fillet with a gorgonzola sauce, both delicious and large portions. Accompanying veg was alsovery nice. Pudding was a baked cheesecake for me and assorted ice cream for my partner. Good wine list and all in all an excellent meal at a reasonable price. The chef visited each table at the end of the night, which was a nice touch. Will definitely visit again on our next trip to Cyprus.

We were recommended this restaurant by a lady we met by the pool while on holiday. She was so impressed that sheâd immediately written her own review on Tripadvisor. She told us that although it was central to Pissouri village it might seem that we were driven out of town when looking for it.So we did a trial run in our hire car the following day.Weâre glad we did as the road up is quite steep and windy - and it might have been trickier to find in the dark.Having said that- it was well worth the drive. The restaurant was lovely - modern and spotless. There appears to be a little cocktail bar outside and a cool interior. The staff were lovely - attentive but not invasive. We were immediately presented with a complimentary glass of champagne then a sample of the chefs soup. Delicious.Bread and dips followed - all complimentary! We ordered haloumi and smoked salmon for starters - again Delicious! Then filet mignon and tiger prawns. Even more delicious. We had two glasses of local wine and some sparkling water. All for â¬70 !We were expecting â¬100+The restaurant was very relaxed - you didnât feel rushed at all. We wish weâd taken a taxi and stayed longer. We also wish we had found it before the last night of our holiday. We will definitely return. Thanks to all the staff for a great evening.Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us. It is great to hear that you had a fabulous evening with us. I will pass all your kind words to all the members of the staff. Thank you again and looking forward to seeing you soon. :)
