Great interior, good service, good kitchen. 2nd floor is better if you want to have some chat as music on 1st floor is too loud.Definitely recommend this place if you visit this cityAlso prices are positively surprise in comparison to Almaty Hello. Shafran just open few weeks ago. The interior is very nice, with a typical style from Uzbekistan. The menu is with central Asian food. The food is good and the price in the usual range.A little bit more choice of beer from tap would be appreciated.

We met with friends for a meal at Tsaritsa Tamara in Oskemen recently. They are fans of the place so we went not knowing what to expect. The menu is so big it was overwhelming for a first timer, we have seen menus so far in Kazakhstan that are huge but this one takes the ribbon up to this point. Guided by our friends we ordered a number of things to dine on family style, recommend the roasted rabbit and the Trout Tbilisi both were excellent. Also the cheese with honey yum!! Aside from the intimidating menu we enjoyed our meal here.

barBQ is a well known place in Oskemen so sometimes it can be very crowded but is has multiple floors, so enough space.The place is a little bit American style but in his own Russian/Kazakh way....more cozy and fun.English menu with choice of everything, from Beer snacks to steaks, great salads etc etc.Friendly staff who try to speak English or call someone who does!Food is good, just be aware that a medium steak can be well done because in Kazakhstan they don't like the redness of the meat! So make it very clear to them how you want it!

If you want to have some oriental or lical food, it is the right place to go. Quite cosy and modern restaurant in two levels. It's good for family meetings, parties, business meetings. At the weekend there is live music (some local bands which I think are very good!). I've been there many times and never disappointed (neither by food nor staff). But if you go on Friday evening or at the weekend, book a table (they usually don't have free tables at this time).Thank you for your appreciation in general, so it's really better to reserve a table starting from Thursday (2500 tenge per person, this is not payment for a table, for this money you can then order dishes from our menu). We will be very glad to see you again in our institution.
