We love Paros and visit every summer. For last few years, we keep hearing and reading reviews about this restaurant mentioning how the chef is famous and so forth. This summer, when we tried to have dinner on a windy evening, we were very much disappointed. First of all, the interior space is small. So every time, the servers opened the door to go out, we were bothered holding our belonging or the salads blowing out of the plates. The food was average. Although it was mentioned that was their grandmothers recipe, anyone who knows the authentic Greek cuisine will know that the dish was nothing more than average. The prices were not reflecting the quality of the food. Will not going back there. There are much better restaurants with better prices in Paros. Dear customer, We are sorry to hear that we didn't catch up your standards. As for the grandmother's recipes, they are spesific local dishes that are guided by our grandmother like the Paros Pie or the Paros Chickpeas. Had dinner here recently and plan to return.Lovely, beautifully cooked food, we had a baked feta and tomato starter that was sublime. Mackerel main was also very good.Good friendly and efficient service Excellent prices for quality of the food served.Best restaurant in Paros so far for us!Nice that it a little out of the centre of Naoussa too which seems to have been a little spoilt becoming bit like Mykonos....with some true rip off restaurants and ridiculous shops.Real shame... last time I was here there were mackerel drying in the sun on the harbour side with octopus dangling from frames....hard to spot today.

We know this review goes against most of the others, but we did not have a good experience. The staff were not welcoming and the service was slow and brusque. The food portions were small and not the quality we were expecting from other reviews. We will not return and would not recommend... Sorry Open Garden, maybe you were just having a bad night...

We enjoyed this place so much. It is located in Naoussa Port, with a nice sea view. We ate Moussaka, fried zucchini balls, grilled vegetables. We loved moussaka so much, was fresh and just amazing. Service was really kind, Vasilis the weiter was really professional and nice, in general all the stuff is reali carefull and kind. Toilette was really clean. Price is medium and really good in according with the quality of food they have. So come to visit Archipelagos.

What a wonderful break after endless repetitive Greek menus! Up the hill away from the waterfront crowds and hustle, Chef Emanuel and his team have created a haven for enjoying really good food in a serene setting. Classy, friendly service, amuse-bouche surprises, exquisite dishes, and guided wine selection (we discovered the range of Moraitico organic wines, too rare to find off the island) made this the outstanding experience and memory of the island, and the trip.

Classy with excellent food, Safran stands out as one of the best, if not the best, restaurant in Naoussa. The tuna and Cretan pasta are particularly superb dishes. Not enough can be said about the most gracious and kind hostess/manager/owner, Gilda, who welcomes and attends to everyone so warmly.This was our third visit to Safran, and we hope to return again someday.
