Bistro with a nice terrace, offering the Classics on a Board. The choice is much larger than in many other places, like 6-7 starters, mains and desserts. We had the foie gras followed by tartare and beef fillet (cooked as ordered, perfect!) and were happy. They didn't have the Red ready with the meat, which is not good, but they delivered quickly then, and prices are fair

Une cuisine de saison, avec une carte a l'ardoise dans une ambiance cosy et chaleureuse. A 2 pas de la gare Saint Sauveur!
A lovely restaurant away from the city centre. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere in the restaurant is convivial. I would have rated the food excellent but unfortunately the dish of scallops and black pudding was lukewarm. Also my spaghetti alle vongole could have been served with less celery, more shells removed from the plate and a hint of chilli would have given the dish a bit more oomph! However it was still good and the cafe gourmand was excellent.

Great for lunch break between shopping and movie (there is cinema round the corner). They have nice choice of burgers and salads for those who prefer healthier options. I chose BBQ Burger and it was massive! Steak was huge. I asked for well done and it was perfect. Burger was served with hand cut fries, side salad and sauce. Service was nice and quick. You can pay there with cheques restaurant.

We got the truffle pasta finished by the table (flames and vodka). The sommelier gave a great recommendation for wine to go with the dish, and the meal started with a nice parsnip ham amuse bouche and was finished with a complimentary chocolate covered pistachio treat. Wonderful service (and decor)! Don't be put off that this is attached to a hotel.Hi catatoniaThanks for your lovely message, it's always a pleasure to our team to see our customer are satisfied about the quality of the food and the service.I hope you will be back next time you are traveling in Lille.Best RegardsCyril

We were lucky to get a last minute reservation at this busy restaurant on Saturday night. The food and ambiance were great, obviously popular with the locals as we appeared to be the only tourists in the restaurant. My unusual starter of pear, Roquefort with gingerbread was quite delightful and one of the most memorable plates of food I've ever had. My steak was tender and perfectly cooked and the 'coffee house' starter was delicious. The bill came to 170 euros for 4 people, 3 courses each and 2 bottles of wine - which we thought was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Food was excellent and service was great. The steak was cooked to perfection and the duck was fall off the bone tender. It was crowded and I was lucky to get a table, so reservations would be good. I didn't get anything from the dessert trolley but the desserts looked sublime.

Bistronomy is the trend for restaurateurs to replace tablecloths and linen with wooden tables and a simple, loose service. The same goes for restaurant Les Ephérites, where classics of French cuisine are given a new look and merged with contemporary influences. Taste and composition of the dishes is very good. The menus offer a nice variety of meat, fish and vegetables, where possible organic and from the region. For lunch we had a four-course menu for 32 euros.

I start my review with the positive things. The place is charming, well decorated, and the food is very good. The restaurant has potential for being another excellent restaurant in the highly competitive Lille market. On the downside, there are plenty of room for improvement. For example, we waited almost one hour to get our meal, we have to ask one of the waiters for our order. We were so hungry that we did not take our time to enjoy the main course. Furthermore, we lost our appetite for a dessert after waiting so much. No apologies for the waiting time were provided. The menu is minimal, almost no explanation. The offer is limited to three dishes and prices scale fast. The quality of the service does not match the price range and the quality of the food served. The best part of our meal was the wine, which was the only thing we could properly enjoy.

La Table is perfectly placed if you are heading to the grand stade and want something a lot nicer than the normal pre-football fare. The service throughout our meal was fantastic, they showed great attention to detail, were polite and attentive. The wine list is pretty good, they had several that I would have happily chosen. The food was great although not perfect. My steak tartare was wonderful and the texture was great. The chocolate fondant was good but not the best I have had. We would definitely return.
