Properly home made finnish food. Lunch buffe with salladsbuffe and home made bread every day (mon- fri). If ever need a catering we are the perfect company for that with 10 years catering experience.
We played bridge and had lunch. The lunch included salad and soups. The game soup was better than the salmon soup.

This sea-side restaurant is one of the places people stroll in the evenings, but they also have full house during the lunch time.I had a friend who had visited this place before for several times and thereforecould suggest a nice Meat lovers - pizza.Pizzas are really large - so you better be hungry when you enter. Nice cosy spaceinside, service was very fluent, friendly - the only issue came up when they weremissing the right cheese which they use for the pizza...... However this was solvedby replacing with another cheese and the end result was great.Really nice pizza with a lot of fillings and even green components.Very hussle-free occasion, enjoyed.

Tiny and chill place at eastern harbour Marina (östra hamnen/itäsatama). Best terrace with evening sun. Food is excellent and reasonable priced. Fish soup is worth to try and 8,5⬠with "home" baked bread not bad price at all. Pulled pork sandwich was excellent too!

Southern Finland in Hanko harbor, member of Taste of Archipelago group
Makasiini is a lovely, small summer restaurant in the lovely summer town, Hanko, in the utmost southern cape of Finland. Just at the sea, in an old warehouse. Cozy place, amazingly good fish "smorgardsbord", utterly friendly personnel. Downstairs a nice pub with live rock on weekends. If you find yourself at Hanko, which you should, this is the place to eat and have a good time.

Makaronitehdas was born out of a dream of an atmospheric pasta restaurant, where all the food is made fresh in the restaurant, the service is outstanding and customers want to linger for long and enjoy the ambience. We decided to make this dream come true
Hangon Makaronitehdas (Hanko Macaroni Factory) makes own organic pasta without any additives. They also make own sausages. I ate "Tehtaan pesto" (pasta with fresh basil, parsley, arugula, olive oil, sun-fried tomato, parmesan cheese, pine nuts, garlic, salt) and it was extremely delicious. The interior of the restaurant is very interesting, too. They also have a nice summer terrace. Sea and yacht harbor view is beautiful.

Our summer restaurant is closed for winter. We open again 17.5.2019. Thanks for summer 2018 and see you next year!
We really love this old wooden building. The interior is extremely charming. They also have a nice summer terrace with good yacht harbor view.Their pizzas are extremely delicious and the selection is big. I especially loved Pizza Rudolf with all Lappish specialties: cold smoked reindeer, bread cheese, cranberries and cloudberry jam.The restaurant is very popular. We had to wait a couple of minutes on a sofa before we got a table. However, our culinary experience was absolutely worth of that waiting. Besides, service was very kind.
