Op een herfstige zondag na een wandeling even naar de van buiten knus uitziende theeschenkerij . Binnen valt direct op dat hier stijlen qua inrichting botsen heel jammer. Als er niemand in de schenderij zou zitten is de stijl kil. Niet wat ik verwachtte . De thee was goed maar de appeltaart was steenkoud en veel te veel kaneel zat in het platte stuk gebak . Erg jammer

Tijdens een fietstocht dit jaar, hier even aangelegd om wat te drinken, de koffie, de frisdrank en het bier was allemaal prima in orde en het jeugdige personeel was verrassend bekwaam.

On a Saturday evening in April we had a diner in this place. The interior is rather dark, but you also have a choice of about 10 tables in front of this grand-café in a nice glass closed veranda. We had a table near the window with a perfect view on the church; only two other tables were occupied with other guests. The menu has sufficient choice, good meat and fish courses, even some vegetarian starters and main dishes. A friendly waiter explained us the possibility of choosing 3 courses for ⬠21,50; a price you often pay in other restaurants for only a main course. We had two times a tasty pepper soup, a vegetarian wrap and pike-perch (snoekbaarsfilet) as main course and twice ice-cream with warm cherries. Summarizing: a good place you leave with a smile because of the quality and the friendly price.

This restaurant is located in the centre of Haaksbergen at the market. The building has a lot of history. Together with the restaurants "de watermolen" and "blanckenborgh" this is a premium restaurant in this area. The restaurant has a traditional old style, looks very good. Has enough space though. The service is open and very friendly. They make sure you feel at home. It has varous types of menus to offer, and the food is of very good quality, comes with enough side dishes. i go a few times a years. Specially with good weather, cause you could sit outside.

We passed by mid afternoon and it wasn't very busy. The menu had quite a variety of pancakes and other items on it. We picked a bacon, cheese and apple pancake. It was delicious! Also add syrup. They have a playground for kids. Easy parking and fast service. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it.

Oude pastorie mooi verbouwd. Gezellig om te eten. Eten was oké. Bediening heeft best gedaan maar toch veel dezelfde vragen. Miste afstemming. Keuze voldoende.Huiswijn niet echt tof, kon ook niet andere lekkere wijn vinden op de kaart. Maar heb ook niet echt iverstand van Griekse wijn. Al met al oké gegeten in mooie omgeving

During our stay in hotel near this restaurant, we decided to have dinner here. The menu looked very good. We ordered crispy chicken wings and fried shrimps for starters and two steaks for maincourse.The crispy chicken wings were not crispy at all. The wings were covered with fat. This dish didnt taste good and our comment about this'was not handled as we expected.The steaks were very decent and so were the deserts. Staff overall was friendly.

Been here once before. Both times were GREAT! I will include 2 pictures, but it was fairly dim in the dining rooms, so they will be a little grainy.We had a Groupon for a 3 course meal with an optional 4th for 10 bucks extra. I picked the extra course as well. Everything was Great!In the pics, one was Deer and the other was the dessert.
