Our night at the L'Atelier was just perfect! As a start we ordered few home brewed beers which were excellent (ambree). The waitress was friendly and professional, spoke good English and helped us with the dishes and the wine selection. We ordered starters, mains (meat and veg) and dessert+coffee which were all fresh, exciting and tasty. The ambiance was relaxed, the interior is fun modern industrial, there is enough space between the tables (which is difficult to find in France). Perfect place for a relaxed meal for reasonable prices with friends and family!

Best place in town. Perfect cocktails (caipirinha, sex on the beach). During afterwork a free delicious tapa dish was presented with the cocktails. Main dish âfilet de boeufâ, an enormous piece of meat to share. Perfectly backed on the grill. Fresh fries, vegetables. A nespresso coffee to complete this perfect meal.

We ate dinner here twice while staying in Bessas, and enjoyed both times. The outdoor terrace has lovely views over the countryside, and had a lovely atmosphere. Service was friendly and prompt, and the menu selection had something for everyone. We ate the grilled skewers (brochettes) both nights (duck then chicken), but we could have had local specialities, pizzas or fish. And it was very reasonably priced, with some lovely wines that were also very reasonable. Our hotel told us that many of their guests will dine there for 5 nights out of a 6 night stay - the menu is varied enough that you can eat something different every night.

The restaurant in the Rose Garden of Pommiers is 200 from the center of Ruoms in a quiet farming area, on a terrace on stilts to 1.8 m above the ground, 180 m2 open, with views over the village of Ruoms, the rock Sampzon and rose garden of one hectare wit
Monday or Tuesday 19th of September, 8 PM. Their website, tripadvisor and the sign at their metal gate said they were open. We saw no lights, no other signs, ... Disappointment.

Petit restaurant dans le sud Ardèche. Menu unique qui change tous les soirs. Tous les plats sont cuisinés sur place avec des produits frais et de saison. En été vous pouvez dîner en terrasse.
We came to Carabasse thanks to a local recommendation and we were exceptionally happy with our experience. Situated just outside of Beaulieu Pleoux at the junction to Divols, Carabasse is located in a charming stone house with an inviting courtyard. The hostess greeted us with excellent English and made us feel at home. The daily menu offered two choices for each entre and main course made fresh daily from local farm products. My husband and I chose one of each and we were extremely satisfied with our meal. The homemade fois gras salad and the chocolate hazelnut cake stood out in particular. We drank a local wine âCuvee Chrisâ (Domaine de Bournet) recommended by a person in our party who grew up in the region. It was fabulous. We were able to speak with the talented young chef after our meal and learned about his process of sourcing local products when possible and making everything as fresh as possible to let the flavors speak for themselves. The result was stunning. We will definitely be back as soon as we can!

First of all: don't forget to reserve! The place has little place inside and if it's too cold sitting outside is not an option.I felt really good dining here: the food is local and traditional (and very good!), the staff really very nice and the overall atmosphere cosy.Try the aperitifis, and the excellent wine, and keep some place for the dessert.

which also sells pizza! When you drive past this resaurant you wonder if you should stop or not. Howerver, we were pleasantly surprised first of all by the welcome and secondly by the food. The salads (small portions) were copious, colourful and fresh. The steak was excellent likewise the chips. We returned for lunch the following day and were again. taken by the warm atmosphere. Well worth the visit.

We had lunch here and this was a pleasant experience. We were welcomed by the friendly owner and got the green light for us and our dog. Unfortunately, weather conditions didn't allow to explore the garden with secrets, but we were given a table in the back of the restaurant. We entered the restaurant through a bar area attached to it. The restaurant area was neat and clean but looked a bit like a train station restauration. A friendly lady brought the menu and we chose the menu with starter, main and dessert from the a la carte menu. There are some great choices and we opted for the foie gras in two ways, the grenouilles and margret de canard, plus a cheese platter. The foie gras starter was simply fantastic. A generous portion of foie gras terrine and fried foie gras, nicely decorated and well presented. Mains were also very nice although my proposed 'rose' duck was close to well done, but not a problem for me and it came with a delicious sauce a l'orange. The frog legs were also said to be good. The cheese platter was plain and simple: four different pieces of cheese brought on a plate, without a choice. We drunk a very nice locally produced Chardonnay. Staff here is very friendly and a true asset.Nice place, friendly people and generous portions of nice food, with a top notch starter.Thank you so much !!
