Quite average and overpriced. The bill was inconsistent with the advertised prices on the menu. Cover charge is 3 Euro per person which we accepted, but then to be overcharged in addition to this was not acceptable. When we challenged it they adjusted the bill. On the plus side the restaurant is in a lovely setting overlooking the piazza.

Il Cardo is a charming little wine bar in Panzano, packed with taste not only in their food and their wine list, but also the decor and ambience of the bar. We visited on our first day and just had to go back for another lunch with friends later that week. Hugo, Catherine and Ricardo couldn't have looked after us better. This really is a hidden gem. Love it!

This winery is in a spectacular location, just stunning, would like to stay in the castle or attend a function it would be beautiful. The brief & informative tour of the winery was well presented and interesting. The wine samples and food were delightful, thank you for making a stop in wine country very enjoyable.

We were staying in the vicinity and were recommended to this establishment as they were still open for full meals at about 3pm to 4pmWe arrived for a late lunch and asked for recommendations in particular something local to the area. We were not disappointed. It has a small menu but the food is honest and tasty. We enjoyed the service and the outdoor seating area under the old fig tree is just relaxing and with wonderful views of the countryside. We also returned on another evening to get dinner takeawayThe pricing is affordableMany Thanks for the authentic foodWe can not than you enough for your detailed review , it was a pleasure having you and hope your stay in panzano was as you guys expected it to be. Pasta and Pizza is conveniently located on Via Chiantigiana (SR222) in Panzano. After a day of touring wineries, we were looking for a quick bite. We arrived at 6:30 pm, and although the door was open, we were told we couldnât be served until 7 pm. We continued on our way to Greve, hungry and thirsty.

We came and visited both Solo Ciccia and Officina, and the steaks won out! Officina was amazing. Part of what makes the experience so great is the family style tables making for great conversations with new friends. Do yourself a favor and bring your own wine, as the complimentary wine is not the greatest. Also, request a bone and you'll be happy you did :)

Very much a tourist place - get them in and then get them out. Views are spectacular, food less so. Antipasti to start, was ok, we have eaten far better since being in Tuscany. Steak and chips for main and chicken in some sort of coating, all a bit tepid and again just ok. Not great, we wonât be back.

I saw this on Trip Advisor and booked it for the whole family. None of us were disappointed - it's amazing, both the atmosphere (sitting on the terrace under the shade of a big old tree, with the smell of figs, looking over the most beautiful countryside) and the food.We went for lunch with the family, ranging in age from 12 to 87, having most things on the menu from pasta to chicken and beef and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals.There was a great choice of wines and the service was fantastic. We couldn't have been better looked after, the son of the owner being our waiter and speaking exceptionally good English.It was great value and we will definitely come back if we are ever back in Panzano - thank you Il Vescovino for what we think is the best meal we had in Tuscany in the 2 weeks we were there (we think you beat a Michelin star restaurant in Cortona!).

I have eaten many times at Villa Bordoni and always found the food top notch,reasonably priced, and served in appropriate portions. The garden and terrace setting only enhances the quality of the food and wine! Many people drive in from the surrounding area to eat....quite a tribute,considering the setting is not so convenient to reach. Very much recommended in every way!

It was a wonderful experience to goto Dispensa and have lunch with tradition Tuscan specialities! Itâs high quality products and varieties and the Andrea Parrini the owner is a great, very simpatic and give you a warm welcome ! He can explain you all the varieties of Tuscan cheeses, hams and wines and itâs a good value for money... I was very happy to be there and I bought some bottles of Chianti wine according to Andrea Parrini recommendation. itâs a very agreable and intimist place in the heart of the Chianti ,Tuscany, I love this paese !
