I found out about this place when I was hungover and wanted a cooked breakfast delivered. The food was so good even when delivered that I continued ordering and decided to visit.The first thing I noticed was that all persons are welcome, there were people working, mothers with babies and children. Itâs was friendly and welcoming to all.When we sat down the table was a little wobbly and as soon as we noticed a member of staff cane running over to fix it and we didnât notice it again.There is a lovely selection of food which was cooked fresh and to order.There is nothing I would change about this venue and I am looking forward to coming back at a different time of day.Thank youThank you so much for your kind words and we are really grateful that you chose to dine at our cafe. We are a family run business and it means a lot when customers take time in reviewing and enjoying the food we cook. We hope to see you again soon!Thank you again

Our first visit and definitely not our last! Extensive menu catering for every need! Lots of gluten free options and the food was very fresh. The staff couldnât have been more helpful and were very eager to cater for any allergies. Reasonably priced too. We will be visiting again very soon!!

Hadnât been here for such a long time but a friend visited and reminded me of what a great restaurant it is so decided to visit for our daughterâs birthday - we werenât disappointed as it was as good as ever. Fantastic, attentive and personal service from the charming owner Eric and his lovely, young assistant. Relaxed but time appropriate service of really delicious, authentic French food, served with a very French ambience. Highly recommended.

Really lovely place. Nice good and good wine. Lovely atmosphere and they have a like band playing music. It was probably a bit too loud for dinner conversation but still nice and a bit different. Also a good, varied menu.

This fabulous eatery should be one of your first choices to experience the best in authentic yet modern Turkish cuisine. Skewd Kitchen is run by Executive Chef Maz Demir who won Chef of the year at the British Kebab Awards in 2017 and 2019. If I need to describe his menu, I would say it is cultivated by the cultural heritage of Anatolia.From starters; kisir salad bulgur wheat, spring onions, tomato purée, and celery mixed herbs and pomegranate molasses, delicate and tasty. From hot mezzes; Pachanga Filo pastry, filled with mixed bell peppers, Portobello mushrooms, kashar cheese, cured fine beef and parsley, on roasted red pepper sauce, beautiful textures. And Hellim, charcoal grilled Cypriot cheese with Bertha roasted plum tomatoes, we all hooked . Adana Kebab, made with vigorously seasoned, chilli-flaked hand-chopped meat enriched by the smoke that results from fat dripping onto coals snaking its way around and through. Laid tenderly on a long thin slice of lavash it is the star of our meal.What more can I say. Just go and experience the incredible food!

I was very impressed with this restaurant in so many ways. I thought the food was of a very good standard, the staff were extremely friendly and the setting was just right, not too formal or too casual.I opted for the a la carte menu as it had far more in the way of meal choices than the lunchtime menu which was a little limited.I had the calamari to start, and I could tell that it was cooked from fresh and not the tasteless frozen type! The veal was plentiful and my companionâs risotto was cooked to perfection.The staff were very helpful, they didnât try to rush you and even went next door to get me a cappuccino after their machine wasnât working well.!All these things make for a lovely dining experience and I would highly recommend. Plan to return very soon.

An excellent âlocal Italianâ restaurant. My seafood risotto was very tasty â packed full of flavour. A little daunting facing crab legs and langoustines in their shells armed with just the knife and fork provided, so I dived in with my fingers and ordered a finger bowl ! Without the right implements, some meat went untouched. But I enjoyed the meal, and a bottle of chardonnay in the modern European style was excellent.Service was blindingly fast, if that's important to you!Dear Mike, thanks for the review and feedback. We were tiring of our usual Sunday lunch haunts and literally stumbled on this restaurant which is close to where we live in Enfield. In a nutshell, absolutely fantastic and have been back a few times since. Good quality food, cooked well, served professionally and decent portions although we noticed that the seafood spaghetti dish had gone down slightly in size when we went there last time.We have now put this down as a regular eating place on Sunday. My only gripe is that they need to allow space between courses; at one stage one of us was still chewing the remnants of our starter when the main course was presented. I can understand in a small place where seating is limited but this restaurant is big and I have never seen it full. People want to spend a leisurely afternoon, not just cut, swallow and leave. This type of service is so common in the UK and US to a certain extent, yet go to the continent and a waiter will leave you for hours to enjoy a one course dish and a glass of wine. Maybe Zaza can say to customers to call them over if or when they are ready for dessert or coffee and then people can say, "we are ready now" or "okay thanks, we'll call you when we are ready". Otherwise no grumbles and definitely highly recommended particularly the seafood spaghetti, spinach and ricotta ravioli and large pasta shells with chicken, pesto and pine nuts. Yummy !
