We stopped by this restaurant which is close to the Rose Garden of the Decin Castle and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at a reasonable price. Delicious salmon salad with a glass of white wine for around 8 Euro. Stylish and delicious meal at an affordable price!

We went there with my family. Great food, unbelievable ice cream. Quick service and very polite staff. Looking forward to go back next year.

The locally brewed beer called kapitan is amazing. The beer is always served in a glass on a ceramic dish. The food is much better than what is served at other local restaurants in this town. The menu offers traditional Czech food and is good but the taste varies by day-sometimes excellent, other times just good. Service is on a slow side when it is crowded. There is a place for kids to play indoor.

We found this place by accident and we were very happy with this discovery, because we were served probably the best food in the Usti nad Labem and Decin areas. The food was fresh, really tasty and much, much healthier and lighter than in all those typical Czech restaurants. I had grilled trout with grilled vegetables, one of my friends chose a meat dish, the other one vegetarian pasta, and we were all satisfied. They also have a pretty big selection of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks (including good wine and cider) and some tables outside when the weather is good. I definitely recommend this place.

This is our first ever tripadvisor review, we decided to write it after an amazing surprise and an excellent exprience we had:While driving to the city center to look for a place to have dinner, we came across Restaurace u PÅÃstavu DÄÄÃn.The restaurant is completly non-smoking and they take credit cards, so we decided to stay. It was a great decision!!!!The owner was a great host, the food was excellent (the best we had on our entire trip). The personal touch and attention to details was impressive. Everything we tried was super tasty. If you are in the area you must go there, we know that we will.

Read till the end... Its nowhere. Real country side.Old fashion style, with moose and deer heads hanging everywhere. Poor english, less than attentive service, with higher cost than it should be. So why is the rating high? And we rate Michelin star restaurants the same... Dont order the same dishes you can order in any other place. Whats the point? Chicken? Another goulash (which is very good...)? Ask for whats special! What game do they have... Like wild boar and venison, with wild berries and wine-meat stock reduced. This is how country style food at its best ans should be prepared, Stick to it and youll have great lunch/dinner.

We went to Fabrika because of good reviews, and it was worth braving a stormy evening to walk there. The building is an old industrial unit, but has been made nice inside. We had Balkan roasted vegetables, and a rib eye steak, all tasty and well presented. The deserts were even better, Armagnac marinated prunes with ice cream particularly delicious. The waitress got one dessert order wrong, but changed it quickly with no fuss. Tap water was provided with our wine, which we appreciated.

We were staying at this hotel and ate in the restaurant the first night. It was busy and a big group (a rowing club?) were getting all the attention. The menu is large, probably too large, and has some surpising things on it like Chinese noodles. It was very noisy and there was no proper segregation of smokers and non smokers. The food was no more than OK and the service was haphazard. The next night we tried to eat here too (there's not a lot of choice at this end of town) but the waiting staff were again fully occupied with large groups and couldn't be bothered to find us a table in a smoke free area or tell us when one might become available. We went to Bufet Kozinec over the road instead and paid a lot less.

This is a very nice family run place. The food is genuine, very tasty and portions are very generous. Our kids ate everything which is unusual really (the had pork snitzel). I took fried cheese with baked potatoes - it was marvelous!! Last but not least was the knedel with berries (pictured)
