We have visited this lovely little bistro twice in the last month and on both occasions the food was top quality. We decided to give it another try as the recent reviews were so good and we were pleased we did. We had the fixed price menu both times and it was very good value, the hanger steak was full of flavour and very tender we had it cooked medium rare. Wine was reasonably priced and there was a good selection to choose from. The service was professional and friendly the waitress manages to serve the whole restaurant single handed but we didnât have to wait for anything. We are booked in for my husbands birthday with family next month and looking forward to it.

A fully re-furbished restaurant that has played host to a Thai restaurant and more notably Murray's which was a Portsmouth institution for many years. The former chapel for Portsmouth Grammar School has been delicately restored to a modern, sharp and elega
This was our 3rd time at the restaurant and it never fails to disappoint. The food was exquisite, the service outstanding and the whole experience means it will continue to be our number one place to go for special occasions such as our anniversary as it was this week. Thank you Restaurant 27 for making the whole evening so special.

We are a Portuguese restaurant with an American twist. We pride ourselves with our traditional Portuguese style tapas, complimented by our own take on steak house dishes. For those a bit more adventurous as well as for those that play it safe, Algarve's G
Visited this restaurant once before and wanted to come back. Returned with friends and the welcome was fantastic. The employees in this restaurant are so attentive and the service is brilliant. A very extensive menu with lots of choice including tapas. The food is so beautiful and colourful and the flavours are delicious. It is a busy restaurant so I would recommend to book, this is probably because once you have visited this independent business you will definitely will want to come back.

The food at Artys is simple and fresh, run by a young couple trying very hard to make a success of their restaurant. Its hard to find great food in this part of the country and Artyâs seems like a nice, reliable spot for pizza and pasta and a bottle of wine. They have specials every time and a nice selection of sharing starters, as well as the main focus of pasta and pizza. Itâs always busy and the staff are friendly, a good local staple.

Food and cocktails were lovely.A little bit pricey but did get NHS discount, so softened the blow. Service was OK. The negative was the latte was one of the worst I'd had but the gin cocktail made up for it.!!

The restaurant has friendly, attentive staff and great food. Following your order, you can see your meal being prepared in the open grill. Portions are generous and full of flavour. We shared some hummus to have alongside the complimentary bread and olives which was very tasty. Our main meals didn't disappoint either, we had the stuffed chicken breasts and the diced lamb with chick peas. The only negative point, sticky menus!

Porto Grill is a modern style Portuguese restaurant, catering for all groups and families. We serve traditionally Portuguese cooked steaks, burgers, tapas and much more. Come and enjoy your night out in Portugal!
Passed this place a few times and thought it was worth a visit. Not disappointed, the food and hospitality was first class. A unique atmosphere with the music. You must go for the skewer menu. A long hanging skewer packed with meat, peppers, onions was delicious, served with chips and salad. On leaving we were given a glass of port and 20% off our next visit. Checking my diary for my next free date!!!

Our 3rd visit in 18 months. As before, a thoroughly enjoyable lunch with superb food and good service.Perfect Minestrone, garlic bread and pizzas. Huge portions, well-cooked, hot and looked great on the plate. My mushroom/onion/peppers pizza was as good as it gets.Friendly efficient service throughout.Comfy seats and spacious.Unless you want a window table, or are a large group, probably no need to book apart from peak evenings. It deserves to be full though. On road parking nearby, level access.Love it.

Founded in 1909, Richoux restaurants, famous for their patisserie, are open all day for breakfast, morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
We went in the afternoon for coffee and their delicious looking cake. What a disappointment. The coffee was nice,if small, but if you are going to pay that much for cake (£6 ish)you expect it to be fresh and moist, not dry like we had.We didn't complain, but are voting with our feet.
