We spent a very pleasant evening in Am Hexenturm. The menu was very much as you would expect for a traditional Southern German kitchen. We dined on seasonal venison which was excellent. The menu is quite extensive - maybe a few too many options...? Staff extremely attentive, despite a fairly heavy workload. All in all a good stopping off location for any one wishing to dip into good local cuisine.

This is a highlight of Bad Wörishofen. It has the most beautiful woodcarvings and wooden panels throughout the dining and entrance area. The toilets are worth visiting too. They are (if one can eulogise over toilets), absolutely spotless with more stunning woodwork throughout. The food is very good and reasonably priced. The staff are efficient and charming. It is well worth a visit.
We had an early dinner here and were still pleasently full in the morning! The dining room has a nice ambiente and the wine list has something for everyone's palate. They get their beer from the nearby Kaltenberg brewery, so they have that part covered as well.

This restaurant has a nice outdoor area, offers typical Bavarian cuisine. Really very good spatzle and schnitzel is also excellent. Table service courteous and friendly and the price very much in line with the goodness of the food. Recommended.

Sometimes a return visit to a place that you enjoyed first time around does not quite match expectations. Not so with Fischerwirt! In spite of a late booking we were not only accommodated but food and service were exemplary once again. Highly recommended.

In the middle of nowhere in Bavaria, thanks to our local friends we have discovered this wonderful place. If you are in the area and are looking for excellent local food, look no more, go Zur Krone. The food is exceptional, beautifully presented in very generous portions and more than affordable. We were there for dinner with our two small kids and our friends were with their two kids. The kids were being kids, loud and playing but the staff was so nice that we've got nothing but friendly comments and lots of smiles. The service is professional and very friendly. The decor is lovely and the place is squeaky clean. We will come back any time.

My husband & I booked into the Eichel for a two night stay as a friend of ours was celebrating her birthday with a party in their function room. We arrived by train and it is no more than a 10 minute walk from Buchloe station. From the moment we entered the hotel the staff were charming and helpful and most accommodating. Our room was spacious and clean .. even under the beds which I discovered when I went in search of a wayward pen. The buffet breakfast is substantial enough to set up you up for the rest of the day. The hotel was catering for our friends birthday party and I have to say the food provided was of an exceptionally good standard along with fabulous service. I would hesitate to recommend the Eichel to stay, to dine at or to host an event....they even set up a television in a smaller function room so that guests could watch Germany win the World Cup. We left at the end of the weekend having had a fantastic time and most impressed by all that the Eichel had offered us ... Thank you

We asked Tripadvisor for recommendations as we were travelling from Innsbruck to Lake Konstanz on the highway, and fell into Amberger Hof. While we don't speak German and the menus are not in English), we were able, with the help of the wonderful, friendly young staffers, to order up a worthy dinner before getting back on the road. We had the Weinerschnitzel, which was good, and the Grillteller (mixed grill) also good. One of us had a dish (name escapes me) that was a piece of pork with a cheese-based stuffing, which was delicious. Good wines, friendly service. Great value for the 53 euros we spent.

Good food but it's a good job we had family that spoke German as they don't have any menus in any other language than German and I'm not sure anyone spoke English, but it's a small town so it's not surprising. Friendly service.
