We visited thsi resaturant on sunday evening. The food was good but not sophisticated.Owner sitting on a table with other nguest he apparantly knew and was the loudest man in the restaurant, we did not find this very proffesional. Friendly and correct service from the waiters.

We dined here after first sampling some of the restaurant's dishes at last weekend's Veldhoven Proef't. We were impressed with our dining experience. The atmosphere was cozy and intimate. The service was outstanding and attentive. The wine list was thoughtful and just extensive enough to suit any taste. But most of all, the food was so tasty and the presentation of the food was beautiful. The food has an international flare but with a certain Northern European touch (I.e. The main dish was smoked in a Green Egg and we found both curry and mayonnaise on the same plate). The food was overall inventive and delicious. I recommend this restaurant to every local foodie in search of a great and relatively affordable meal.
We stayed locally on our way from Germany at a place that did not do evening meals so went into the local town centre and choose this place, what a find, superb service, superb food, menus are in Dutch but waitress happy to translate. Some of the food is seasonal at the time of year. Wish all eaterys were like this, excellent

We've visited this restaurant with a group of 20 persons. Using the EASY concept, which means ordering "small" bites from more than 30 dishes. About 12 starters, 8 maincourses, served with bread-butter /starters and French fries -croquettes with mains.Desserts were 6 (delicious) options. Staff really freindly and FAST.Good atmosphere, nicely decorated, wonderful smelling handsoap on toilet :)Would love to go again.

Restaria Den Doel is in the main Bladel high st. Service was very good and with the recent hot weather sat outside with there tables and chairs, people watching and enjoying the ambiance.A good pace to snack and drink , did not try full menu.

We found this a very interesting and intriguing concept. Italian cooking with a fusion twist. Different than what you would expect from Italian cuisine, this restaurant combines with surprising results and flavors. Dishes look like pieces of art. Very different from pizza or pasta. Autumn ingredients, were combined, with Italian traditions. For kids they have a fun idea, just asking what they like and they prepare accordingly. I will call this a posh place, for fine dining. But families are welcome and will enjoy it also.

Visited here today and was met by friendly staff who took care of us very well. The menu was set but amazing. The starter was carpaccio with truffle oil and pine nuts with various leaves and was delicious. The main was a thick cod in wine sauce with purée potato and asparagus again delicious. The desert was a real treat as they had a cheese room with over 45 local cheeses. There was also a great selection of ports and desert wines which we declined. The chef chose cheeses to our liking and served them in order of strength along with a homemade marmalade and fruit bread. Fantastic setting outside enjoying the sun and company. A great place.
