Things to do in Bistrita
I have been to this restaurant several times and every time I come back with pleasure. Very well located, in a quiet area, the restaurant offers many delicious dishes. Beautifully decorated, very clean, is a place worth dining or spending with friends! The service was fast, the friendly staff, and once again, the exceptional food!I will definitely come back!

Food wasn't to bad, but service was terrible!!! After 1.5 h waiting we finally get orders... and the place wasn't too busy. Additionally milkshake was the worst that I ever had, just hot chocolate with ice cubs and cream on top. And my friends even after such a long wait get wrong order

The restaurant of the Metropolis hotel is a enormous room where we were the only table. The menu is way to extensive : over 50 choices. As a result, none of them are good. The service is non existent and the food arrived cold, although we were the only table !

Friendly excellent service, limited menu, specialising in fish but excellent cooking. Trout fillets wonderful with absolutely no bones. Papanas superb. Excellent tuica. Able to purchase fresh fish on the premises. Note - trout could not be fresher. Excellent trout caviar served warm home made bread (made on the premises) with the compliments of the house. Set well back from main road and therefore not obvious - sadly. We will definitely visit there again.
A short walk from the center. Indoor and outdoor seating. I sat by the bar for better service. Great food. Enjoy!
This place has the best pizza, hands down. They have a stone oven and a very talented chef. Their pizza menu is quite extensive (try pizza special, it's quite creative). Staff is very pleasant and courteous. They have great drinks and other menu items that are delicious, like 'papanasi' (Romanian sweet cheese doughnuts).

You can eat three meals a day here and feel like you are anywhere in the world. By far, this is the coziest cafe in Bistrita, open 7 days a week. (Yep - even Sunday!)The food is adventurous and the wine by the glass is the best in town. The Terrace is open all spring and summer and is music-filled with young and older folks as well. Enjoy!

Located in the city center, Taverna Dogarilor offers two seating areas. The outdoor seating area is quite lovely and shady. Unfortunately, it started raining so we had to move indoor. The indoor seating area has good ambience but lacks ventilation. Hence, it can be quite stuffy in summer. We were recommended the mushroom soup but really, it tasted just like any other mushroom soup. The food is really just average. Thereâs nothing to shout about

This restaurant is located in the park in the town centre and has a huge terraced area and an inside restaurant. We initially went to the place for a coffee in the afternoon and decided to return in the evening to eat. Very friendly staff and owner. The food was very good, well presented and well cooked. Service was very good. We returned to eat a second time the following day. I am certain that it will be a great place to eat / drink in the summer as the terrace is very nice.Recommended place to eat in Bistrita.

Excellent food. I ordered lamb and âossobucoâ. Nice and friendly service. They are preparing the restaurant to make pizza also, I am sure that will be very good. Very clever the idea to indicate in the menu what type of wine goes with the plate.
