Henry's is one of the regular haunts we use when staying over in Kerpen. Like most things German (and this is a compliment), the food and service is very consistent. Henry's gets its full name from the sand that is liberally spread across the floor giving it something of a beach hut feel. It's pretty popular with the locals too and appeals to different ages, it has a nice atmosphere. I usually have the mixed fajitas that are excellent but also does great salads and meats. It's reasonable value for money too so worth a visit if you're staying in the area. There's also a good cocktail list if you're in the mood to celebrate. One thing to mention as I found out tonight though. It's closed on Mondays!

Truly a great gourmet restaurant with pretty view to the park which lays behind the castle.The service was excellent, especialy the restaurant manager who is also the sommelier. We had 3 courses icl 2 side courses which well thought. combined and served. The house-apperitiv was yummy too. The menu is shown with description on my photos.Ms Julia Komp, the youngest Michelin Starred Female Chef, brought us the refined selection of Pralines. A nice way to greet her guests!This restaurant offers events regularly. The arrangement costs around 110-150 ⬠without pairing wine.

03.10.2016Erneut hier Rast gemacht nach anstrengenden 18 Löchern. Diesmal gab es für uns Pizza mit Salami, Paprika und Stückchen von der Chilischote. Zwar ist die Pizza ein Fertigprodukt, dies ist aber von der Qualität allemal besser, als manche hausgemachte Version. Von der GröÃe her ist die Pizza etwas kleiner, als gewohnt, sie hat ca. KuchentellergröÃe. Auch zur Pizza gibt es, genauso wie zu den Spahetti und dem Flammkuchen, auf Wunsch ein Schälchen von dem scharfen Chili-Ãl. Nach einem heftigen Regenguss war gerade wieder die Sonne herausgekommen, so dass wir die wahrscheinlich letzten warmen Momente in diesem Jahr mit der Pizza und einem Blick auf den See genieÃen konnten.Ehrliche Ware in Verbindung mit herzlicher und stets freundlicher Dienstleistung. So gefällt uns das!

Mein Mann und ich waren mit meinen Eltern und meinem Bruder eher zufällig in diesem Lokal und wurden sehr positiv überrascht. Gutes Essen und sehr freundliche Besitzer! Vielen Dank!

Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und der Service war sehr freundlich. Sowohl auf der Homepage als auch der Speisekarte wurde auf besondere wechselnde Mittagsgerichte verwiesen. Als wir dort waren, gab es dann aber keine. Und es gab noch nicht mal alle Speisen, die auf der Karte waren. Die Auswahl war also sehr begrenzt. Mein Gulasch war lecker. Dazu gab es Kartoffelscheiben, die gebraten oder frittiert waren, jedenfalls waren sie sehr fettig. Der Salat war im Dressing ersoffen. Schade!

Wir wurden wie schon zuvor nicht enttäuscht. Als Specials hatten wir lecker lauwarme Pfifferling an Salat und Carpaccio vom Tintenfisch. Dazu Lecker Weinchen... Gute Qualität der Speisen nette Auswahl von offenen Weinen. Empfehlenswert

The heading says it all really. The atmosphere is friendly and the restaurant was busy for a Monday evening. The service was good but overall the food was average but as the bill was â¬75 for three people our evening meal was value for money.

This place specializes in white asparagus and is located in the middle of fields with no official address (GPS users please input either Latitude 50 degrs.58' 2.1", Longitude East 6 degrs.41' 56.219" or 'Cologne Hohlweg' and follow signs taking you off the main road).We had a relatively formal dinner for 10 persons early on a Friday evening, the restaurant has an extension in a marquee tent, however, tables were beautifully set with cloth napkins, candles and real flower arrangement.Food was excellent with a relatively small but varied menu which should cover all tastes. Prices very reasonable but service whilst very friendly slow on that night.Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

Great choice of food, very good cooking, nice atmosphere. But slightly expensive for German standards, waiters are forgetful and we were billed something we didn't order.Great Croatian food nonetheless, I'd recommend it.

It has been a pleasure to explore this restaurant in this small city nearby Cologne. For sure a very good choice to take the sole: extraordinary delicious! Moreover also the service and the environment was exquisite so that we spent a wonderful evening surrounded by very nice people. Only the entrance with the air trap needs some improvements to protect the guests from the cold wind outside.
