Being a professional in the food business, it was a great pleasure to have lunch in this small pizzeria/traiteur. My customer invited me to this place to see a real pizza professional at work. The chef is a real expert who loves his job and takes pride in selecting the best ingredients for his pizza. It was a pleasure to discuss with him about the food business and taste at the same time one of the best pizzas I have ever had. Strongly recommended, you will not be disappointed!

Not really a choice of our own, I had no idea of what to expect really.I would say it is OK but nothing special. Talked to the chef afterwards and he was kind of not sure of the origins of some of his produces(?). The starter called "tourte de homard" was very disappointing, the chicken was OK but the potato chips were really not enough and the sauce should be on the side or the chips, they became very soon soggy.

This is our family restaurant in our neighborhood with lots of friends visiting us from all over the world. This has become kinda "place to be" outside the trendy area of Paris. Some people have named it the Brooklyn side of Sevran. Definitely worth to vi
Been there by chance because the location was convenient, now going back because this is really good !Don't get fooled by the location, this is not a great looking place from the outside, and the surroundings are classic suburbs of Paris. The restaurant is rather tiny and gets quickly packed, but it does really worth it.Pizzas are freshly prepared and cooked in front of you. You have plenty of types and can customize them by chatting with the "chef". Lasagnas and pasta are also freshly prepared and sometime not available.I can only recommend to finish with the thin crust apple pie as dessert, if you still have room. This is extremely convivial and gets even hype when there are concerts (and even more crowd for less tables). Thanks so much for your review!Wish to have you again in our restaurant/Cristina

No choose for vegetarians at all. It was a disappointment to see the menu. Long time we wanted to visit it and came there to be disappointed.Bonjour Edelveise.

The location of this restaurant could not be worse. Hard to reach because of the tortuous one-way system of this Ile-de-France borough, it is even harder to find parking once you get there. But the rewards of this foolhardiness include food that is simply sensational, and prices that defy the laws of Economics. Food as art carries the risk of persisting hunger. Food as surrealist art even more so. Not here, where appetite as well as all five senses will be amply gratified. Since our first visit several years ago, the staid conventional wood-dominated décor has been upgraded to glass, steel and ceramic The space seems to be somewhat larger, and the wait staff much younger and less competent than previously. But the food remains as imaginative as ever. The 41-euro menu buys three courses ( choice of 4 for each) plus a fine selection of cheeses, unfortunately badly presented and poorly explained by our waiter. The complimentary extras included an amuse bouche (Lobster and goatâs cheese raviolis in a creamy mustard sauce), and a stunning pre-desert (a glass of frozen white-chocolate mousse). My entrée was billed as a crème brulee with Burgundy snails and garlic, and was flamed with cognac by the resident arsonist. My wifeâs comprised three perfectly plump scallops on a crunchy cheese biscuit topped with a luxurious cole-slaw of beetroot flavored with passion-fruit. For the main course, I selected the snowy-white cod-steak with exquisitely crisped skin, placed in a crunchy buttery leek-tart along with diced onions and tomatoes, and accompanied by a sauce of anise. The breast of chicken coated with roasted almonds chosen by my wife came with girolle mushrooms, a chestnut sauce, and a delectable range of tiny vegetables. Two spectacular deserts, the pinnacle of the confectionerâs art, followed: a crafty mélange of fried pineapple, passion-fruit pulp, and a mousse of rum and dark chocolate; Paris Brest --- a donut of choux pastry sliced to provide a âsandwichâ of almond and hazel-nut fourre, and a side-portion of carmel ice-cream. A trio of delectable gourmandizes concluded this feast. An important tip: if you do drive, arrange to stop outside the door and seek help with the parking; they know where, and you donât. Bon appétit.
