My Favourite place in Alex, one of the best restaurants. I've tried almost every chicken recipe they make, and not ever once I could remember not liking it. Evening shift is way more professional .. Morning shift will give you one of the worst experiences ever, yet the evening guys are awesome and professional .. Ate here while visiting the area in December. The place is nice and has a nice view because the windows face the water. The service was good, but the food however wasn't anything to write home about although they did serve ample portions. For this reason I gave the 3 star rating.

I was there for a dinner out and we thought of trying this Italian restaurant.To start with two major items were out from the menu. No veal. I had the octopus with calamari as antipasti. It was terrible, the octopus was very tough and burnt. There was no calamari with it as it says in the menu. We ordered a bottle of wine and it was brought opened saying that it was just opened!!!!!The people were extremely polite and nice But the food is not that of 5 star.A complement of the chef was a very nice ice cream with turkish HALAWA.It could have been much better for the standard and for the price

My husband and I have been coming here for years and everything has always been fantastic. Unfortunately service is slipping and standards are lax. When we arrived (8pm) it was not busy and there were plenty of waiting staff, it still took 15 minutes to get the pre-meal drink to the table. The food is excellent but service not so much. I ordered prawn cocktail and had to eat it with my main course knife and fork. My husband finished his meal first and they cleared his plate away whilst I was still eating. No-one asked if we wanted mustard or anything else with our steaks. And (although it's a dying art) Santa Lucia always used to crumb down the table after the main course..Not any more I'm afraid. The final annoyance was the Pianist came 1/2 hour late (10pm)Please Santa Lucia pick up on these small but importamt details

I travel across the globe due to my international occupation, but originally from Alexandria, Egypt. I am very selective to where to spend my few days vacation in my home town. Definitely, this place represents consistent and elevated quality deliverables. Music is superb, up to international standards of a proper club. Manager is a well known figure in the entertainment life in Egypt with significant personal and professional achievements in such rare to find aspect in Egypt.I enjoy the ambiance and equally the services provided. Iâve had a wonderful time over there. Probably the best italian restaurant in Alexandria. Food is excellent, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Big thanks to Mohamed Elsayed and Mayar for the good service. Iâll definitely go there again.
