Looking over the harbour, this lovely little restaurant is perfectly located. The owners warmly welcomed everyone personally and with the ability to speak many languages between them, ordering was not a problem. The food was good and plentiful.

This restaurant, just as you come in the old walled portion of the city has incredible food and wonderful decor make sure you go up the winding stairs and use the bathroom the view going up the stairs out of the little window is itself beautiful.I can't properly name all the things that we had between the four of us we tried many things and had some good wines the desserts were also enjoyable. We really enjoyed the Ambiance of this restaurant and the care of the owner took in serving us. It was a quiet place to have a very pleasant leisurely lunch. We saw this when we first entered this area but it was early in the day so we took some pictures and then walked around through the city we stopped at a few other places for snacks and beers but in the end when we wanted to eat it looked like this was the most promising spot and indeed we were not disappointed. This building was previously The Bishop's quarters so if you like history that will be an added bonus for you

Most restaurants in this seaside tourist resort rarely climb above average; L'Ardoise is totally and successfully different, concentrating on fewer offerings in its compact varied menu all of which are made from the freshest market ingredients. At lunch you can opt for 1, 2 or 3 course set-menus and can even vary the portions between a standard or "light" lunch - brilliant concept. Have been twice. All 4 of us rated both food and wine as top quality at respectable prices with excellent friendly service and all going again very soon !

Having decided to go to O Grain de Sel after reading various reviews, we were not disappointed. The lunchtime menu provided a number of options for all 3 courses and both of us were very pleased with our choices, which were delicious and at 17.90 ⬠per person it was very good value. We shall definitely be returning.Dear Frogowner, What a pleasure to have this kind of comments; Thanks you very much! It will be nice for us to see you again in our restaurant; you will be welcome. See you soon. Regards, O Grain de Sel

Fresh seafood and fish... Home made product .... Friday evening , saturday evening and sunday lunch a large seafood buffet.
We visited this restaurant having seen the good reviews, and as the buffet was on that night, and were told that that was what they were famous for, chose to have the buffet. There was a huge selection of shellfish, oysters and crab, all very fresh and well cooked. If you weren't into shellfish, the choice was quite limited. Other fish came in terrines, which were good, but it would have been nice to have some plain fish. If you like oysters and seafood, the buffet is great value. I would have liked to see more salads, vegetables and plain fish; but that is my personal taste, you may well love what is on offer. Thank you for your visit and your coment. That true you must like see food !!!

My partner and I had lunch at La Marina. We enjoyed fish soup for a starter and sea bass with rattatoille for main. The food was delicious. The chef and waiting staff were very hospitable and accepting of our lack of french. Smiles all round and the chef prepared us a new octopus dish to try which was also delicious. The setting is amazing, the sun was shinning overlooking the river. One of the highlights of our trip.Thank you very much, your opinion is so important for us.

Creperie located in the historic heart since 25 years. Savoury Buckwheat pancakes, crepes, homemade ice cream, homemade products. "Brittany in the South" for this creperie awarded in the Gault Millau with its authentic decor. Open from Easter to middle of
This is not just a crepe restaurant! It is an immersion for your taste buds in the authentic Brittan cuisine. Check on wiki Brittany under Culture/Cuisine to understand more about the tradition and ingredientes. It offers more than a meal, it gives an experience. If you are an open-minded person with enough curiosity to explore and understand the world you'll see my point. Romantic ambiance in a spotless place filled with magic. What can I say? When in France...enjoy french cuisine! It gave us the feeling of a family business and later we discovered that every detail of the food they make is well thought and authentic Brittan with premium ingredients!Don't be shy and please try a desert, it was one of the finest sweet experiences we've had! Have you ever heard about foods made with love? This is the one of this kind of places. I found myself drinking warm milk from a metal cup and suddently I felt like a child again waiting for my grandmother to turn over my crepe...and that's how I fell in love with this place!Oh my Gosh! Thank you so much for your post! It was a pleasure to meet you in our crêperie and we hope to see you one more time!Best regards

This unassuming bistro is becoming a family favorite. From the warm welcome, to the simple but perfectly executed menu, this place hits all the buttons. Highly recommended is the blackened angus (well selected cut, fried with just the right amount of pepper) the kids tell me the chicken kebab is also good. One word of caution, if you turn up expecting a 'typical' restaurant you may be bemused by Bistrologue's appearance; just remember it's a seaside bistro, not a Paris restaurant. But the food is great. This place is popular, So booking will be essential during peak season.
