Aarau is situated on the Swiss plateau, in the valley of the Aare, on the river's right bank, and at the southern foot of the Jura Mountains, and is west of Zürich, and 65 kilometres (40 mi) northeast of Bern. The municipality borders directly on the canton of Solothurn to the west. It is the second-largest town in Aargau after Wettingen. At the beginning of 2010 Rohr became a suburb of Aarau.

Very good pizza and nice atmosphere. They use high quality ingredients and since they specialize in pizza, obviously they have to make them taste good. Some others have described it as "reasonably priced" - but it is just pizza after all, not a 3 course meal. In my opinion, it is only a good deal if you go with a large group. For 2 people it's quite expensive if you order anything other than the most basic varieties, so I would say the value doesn't kick in unless you have at least 4-5 in your group. I also thought they were pretty skimpy with the toppings considering how much you pay. Beer was well-priced, although only one option on tap.Overall, I would probably only go here again with a group rather than just a party of 2.

I really enjoyed my meat, cooked according to my order and the sides were good to, slightly overpriced for Aarau.In my opinion they try hard to create a fine dining atmosphere, which is just isn't and made it feel awkwardly quite. Maybe also because the tables are very close to each other and there is nothing to break the sound in there so you can clearly hear conversations from 3 tables down.

Nice cafe to stop for a coffee and, if you're hungry, both the sweet and savory crepes are very good. My only complaint with this place is that the service is extremely slow even when the cafe is half-empty. This may also explain the long waits when it is crowded. So, in short, definitely a nice place, just don't come when you are on a time schedule!

I have participated in several business lunches here when recently visiting our business site nearby. I always look forward to lunch in this more formal restaurant offering pressed linen table clothes and a nice menu variety. I find the service quite attentive without being interfering. Plus, the restaurant has good acoustics so that one can hear others at their table without having to shout. Well placed, very centered, is a seven minutes walk from the main station.. they have nice teas and sandwiches i really liked the berry/mint tee that i used to order every time i went there.. the attention is normal and the atmosphere is pretty calm.Dear Fer S. The food was very tasty, the options were in my opinion very Swiss (although not the typical foundue).
