We wanted to have a lunch here, but we experienced a terrible service. We ended up leaving before ordering anything.

WORST "DINNER" EVER. End of story. Avoid. Salty, cold, fat, almost not eatable. Bad smell from the kitchen. After our complaint it is bad, no reaction.

Downtown Siofok, next to the iconic and ugly water tower. They serve fresh and well prepared dishes in an esthetically degraded environment. You have the impression that the decor in the restaurant was put together by someone in a rush and that the whole place would need some good cleaning and scrubbing. But if you donât mind that the wooden table is a bit stick and feel compensated by a good meal which is properly priced, it can be recommended. Book your table in advance and enjoy typical Hungarian cuisine.
This could be a good restaurant next to the Zamárdi Adventure Park. We had a reasonable fish soup and a very good grilled chicken legs with letscho potatoes (fried potatoes with a bell peppers-tomato ragout), but could hardly wait to get away because of the amount of flies at the table.

worst service which I have seen...not for family's with children, to less traditional meats...spaghetti carbonara only with simple Hamm.

Great place to escape the sub par holiday tourist cafeteria style place near the lake. We felt like a wholesome meal and were pleasantly surprised to get great tasting selection of local cuisine. We had house special, and fish dishes. Recommend the beef goulash. Great coffee and friendly fast service!

When arriving, they took us to their Hungarian Food Museum, where we got to know(and tasted!) some local Hungarian products. The manager and waiter were very passionate in explaining the dishes and wines, and their connection to local families and businesses. The food was amazing and the prices were not expensive.
