There are numerous reasons why you wouldnât like to eat here. Ventilation is absolutely lacking and you will reek of Indian food in a few minutes. The overall condition of the place is on par with a low level kebab. Food is so mediocre, I could get the same quality while blindly choosing ANY Indian bar on Pyszne pl. Magda Gesslee didnât help but Iâm shocked she did approve of this place. Stay away!

Or do just fancy a drink at the bar?Well, look no further than recently opened Sznyt na Winklu.What a great place to discover on your walk about the City; close to Dom MikoÅaja Kopernika. Itâs a not to be missed opportunity if you visit ToruÅ and have a chance to eat there. In fact, itâs worth going even for those who live in ToruÅ.Previously rundown, the place has been given a new lease of life by its new owners, together with its new name. The atmosphere and decor are very nostalgic, but with a modern, comfortable style that feels smart yet relaxed and with a real sense of place. You can sit back, unwind, take in the ambience, and enjoy yourself with whatever drink takes your fancy whilst waiting for your meal. Talking of which, everything is freshly prepared and cooked to order for you. Our food was beautifully prepared, had superb taste combinations and delivered at all levels, serious but not pretentious. Make no mistake, this is not pub grub; it's proper food. The pace is unhurried and the portion sizes not huge, but ample. It is a case of quality over quantity. If you are extremely hungry then why not have a starter to begin with, followed by a main course, then rounded of with a delicious desert? Thereâs no excuse for leaving with an empty stomach. The staff were friendly, efficient and attentive to our every need.Modest wine list and a vast selection of flavoured vodka, the bar, with craft beers, is apparently becoming a localsâ favourite.Special lunchtime menu, available until 4pm, varies daily and offers exceptional quality for the price.Live music on popular evenings.There is no vegetarian specific choice, but you could ask to see what the chef can conjure up for you. Prices are average but the quality is exceptional. Overall, a great experience.

There is a lunch special advertised in the window for 12.50 PLN. We tried it two times. The first time was vegetable soup/pasta carbonara and the second visit it was creamy soup with turkey and roasted potatoes. Both were good. They have English menus if needed.

It is one of the cheapest place to eat in ToruÅ. You can choose among many meals. The quisine is not sophisticated, but I like to eat there. It is situated in the very middle of the Old Town.

Well situated less than 5 minutes from main square, with sheltered outdoor seating (heaters when needed). Some interesting menu choices we had not seen before, concentrating on hearty meat dishes. Two starters, two mains, 2 beers, 4 glasses of wine under 150zl so good value. Food was all very good: starters appropriate size, large mains (especially the goose breast, translated as Boletus Tit). Look out for some other interesting translations! Only reservation was that the service was a little slow at times: difficult to get attention. Very few tables in use, but waitresses often looking at phones and lacked the professional skill of scanning tables for additional orders.

I was there on Wednesday during lunch time and it was a lot of people. Some of them were complaining for long time of waiting. Go there rather if you are not in rush. 1 sauce for 5 big dumplings it is not so much. For this price restaurant should provide customer with 2 for free. Generally all was tasty. Thank you for your opinion. You can always book a table! This will make waiting shorter, especially in a rush time.

What a thrill! From designer decor, friendly staff and delicious food, everything is just great! We visited for lunch and a drink. Polish ingredients influence speaks loud but itâs all done in a modern and adventurous way. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious! Staff were friendly but professional. I definitely recommend it and I canât wait to go back!

Enjoyed a meal at the hotel's restaurant. The food was to a high standard and the service matched. Reasonable prices for a hotel restaurant and would come back. Pork knuckle was good. Nice fish pond and fountain in restaurant!
