It is situated in Grand Hotel Primoretz, at the end of Burgas sea garden, stretched all along the sea coast and the beaches of Burgas. In general the cart of Salini is dedicated to Mediterranean cuisine with rich variety of sea food.Every single dish has a fine touch and presentation- from the welcoming pate, olive oil, olives with toast, served in the very beginning, through the starters and main courses, to the finale with desserts. The weather was hot and we were dining in the garden. It was welcoming the visitors with its serenity, tranquility and cozy tables under white gazebos. The waiting staff was very courteous and smiling.I had a leaf salad with cherry tomatoes and fried squid. It was wonderful. My younger daughter ate a potato cream soup and she liked it so much, that she ordered it twice more to the astonishment of the Chef.Instead of a main course I chose a starter- goose liver pate with figs and parmigiano. It was very delicious with wonderful scent with the background perfume of the figs and the parmigiano. My husband ordered veal carpaccio with perfect presentation and he said itâs good and as a main dish he had pork with pine nuts which was highly appreciated too.For a finale I opted for a crème brulee with white chocolate. Fantastic dessert! I would come back even only to have more of it.Restaurant Salini is definitely a case which calls for many returns. It surely is one of my favorite places in Burgas.Address: Burgas, 2 Al. Firstly upon arrival the staff were extremely rude. I went to use the bathroom which was horrific, I've never seen such a dirty toilet! The actual restaurant was unclean also. We decided not to bother buying food as it just looked unclean and the staff were not being very helpful so we bought 2 drinks and left.

The restaurant is immaculately clean and well- kept. Service is great. Salads- perfectly seasoned. We tried the lamb roast, which was garnished with baked potatoes, fresh mint leaves and green beans. Sauce was very tasty, perhaps reduction of the roast- juices. Only dlight drawback, the lamb was not served hot enough.

In Neptun Restaurant we appreciate good things in life - good wine and delicious food shared with friends on the beach. The dishes of Chef Kondeva combine her culinary fantasy with the exotic cuisine of different corners in the world. Every season we offe
Went here the other evening. On arrival I told one of the staff that I had a reservation. He bluntly replied 'See manager. Outside!' pointed his finger in the general direction of 'Outside' and shot off. I was not impressed. Anyhow we got to our table and thankfully our server was so helpful and so friendly that he made up for the rudeness of his colleague. We were thereafter very well looked after. The food was very agreeable, well considered, well prepared and well cooked. I had turbot for a main course and it was perfectly cooked and just a delight to eat. (I hadn't had turbot for maybe 30 years) and a chocolate souffle that was just outstanding. We had two courses, shared a desert, had a couple of bottles of wine and a few G&T's as well. While it might be considered somewhat expensive for the area we thought it was very good value. The only criticism is that they don't do cocktails, which was a bit of a disappointment. Once again though. The server made all the difference to our evening so we thank him for performing his duties exceptionally well.

Great localisation and drinks in large jug. Enjoied seat at first floor. I was disappointed with Staff attitiude, quality of calamari I've ordered, just two, shared toilets and what is most important food was cold. It was quite busy but it's not an excuse for them.

Last time I visited 8 Mama's was last year, and I was pretty surprised by the cozy atmosphere, the fast service and the delicious meals. This time, the food was a little bit worse than in the past and we had to wait 15 minutes for our drinks, which I understand. Still it's a flaw which needs to be pointed out
