The coolest place in town, wit the hottest G&T's, mooR than 50 wines pro glas and the best food-sharing concept
We ended up at mooR because hotel the Leijhof where we stayed was fully booked for dinner. But what a wonderfull coincidence. The staff is really professional and welcoming. They have nice wines on the menu. We took the cold dishes of the chef for 2 and after that 2 warm dishes of the chef for 2. Price and quality was awesome. Quantity was unbelievable. Such huge portions! We had a great evening here!

Left the highway for a traffic jam. It was really worthwhile. De Gelagkamer is a nice small restaurant with a great atmosphere. I was there with my wife and enjoyed a terrific dinner. Will come back

We had a great evening at Bistrot C.! As a group of three friends we each took the three course menu (you choose from the whole card for just 24,50â¬) and each course was typically French, delicious and with clearly home-made ingredients. The atmosphere and the authentic cuisine takes you to France for an evening and the service was attentive and extremely friendly. Definitely recommend for authentic French food and a charming family owned restaurant!

A versatile catering establishment specialized in nature experiences and hospitality, located in the beautiful woods of nature reserve "de Oisterwijkse bossen en vennen"
Another couple visits to the Groot Speijck on the way to Switzerland. Great Atmosphere over the Christmas period and staff as usual very friendly and willing to help. Nice walk in the woods, lakes, marshes very nearby to help digest the Organic Kroket without animal products which are also a godsend. Thank you.Thank you very much. Very nice tot read this review at the very end of the year!We hope to welcome you again in 2018! Happy New year from team Groot Speijck

Featured in the top 100 of restaurant/cafes in the Netherlands for every one of the past ten years, including third place in 2015, De Tijd in Oisterwijk is the eatery in Brabant. Located in the heart of the town centre, opposite the monumental town hall,
Very popular place in the center of Oisterwijk. Staff was very friendly, fast and service minded. Had just a fishsoup with tasty fish and fresh shrimps, however the soup itself had not really fish soup taste. Think even it was ossenstaart soup.... probably something went wrong when opening the tin. Price was relatively cheap so did not complain due to very tasty dish of wife and high service level of staff.

Sec is just amazing. If you visit Oisterwijk, you have to eat there. A starter like mussels in curry cocos sauce was just fantastic. The tournedos, so tender. All fresh products. The staff is friendly and they know their ingredients. I will definitely go back again.

A big surprise! The name "Uncle Jan" gives a simple impression but the experience was completely opposite. The place is well designed by someone who LOVES to do it. There is beautiful outside seating near the lake and fountain. The menu has great names written in Dutch. We chose the vitamin salad, lobster soup and 'fish should swim'. And it was really really tasty. The service was a bit slow... but it allowed us to calm down after a busy day.

Boshuis Venkraai has its own beer "Blonde Kraai" which I like very much for blonde beer (I'm usually not a fan of this beer). We had lunch insde the small house (there's a large terrace outside but we found it a little too cold to sit there). The chicken puff pastry was simply delicious! This little place is inside the forest, so you need to walk a half kilometer to get there, but it's definitely recommended!

Wonderful restaurant, friendly and hard working staff, excellent food, much choice on the menu, everything has it's own flavor and taste. You can see and taste that the food food has been prepared with love. Very well priced. Wonderful for a romantic dinner but also for a bigger group. Truly a hidden gem!

We had a family lunch in the separate Tuinkamer. Airconditioning helped as it was one of the warmer days of the year. After a nice welcome and bubbles, the three course menu (choices for starter, main and desert) was good. Very nice presentation and timely service. The food was good but perhaps somewhat overcomplicated with too many ingredients fighting for recognition. We heard no complaints and everyone enjoyed the beautiful plates. The extra charge for a cheese board instead of sweet desert was a bit excessive but the cheese selection was ok. House wines are priced slightly too high for the quality. The friandises should be changed - the current selection is not great nor are the tastes very well balanced. All in all a very nice lunch and we gladly return. Service is friendly.
