I visited with my family last month. The staff are very friendly and helpful since we don't speak any Dutch. The food was lovely. The brownie, cream and water was a nice touch with the coffee. My children liked that the bill came in a little heart shaped box with little chocolate eggs.I have to admit the concept of the cafe hadn't dawned on me until well into our visit, however it's a lovely idea.
Gastvrije, vriendelijke en leuke plek. Originele zelfgemaakte gerechten. We bestelden een plankje voor twee. Het was heerlijk. Alleen jammer dat de sla, waarmee het plankje gegarneerd was, volledig verlept was. Daarom geen 5 bolletjes.

Since 1999 we, Rob and Natasja Jakobs, have been the proud owners of restaurant and party room De Witte Brug in Boxmeer. We run our company, together with our staff, with great pleasure, passion and enthusiasm. Our guests are a day or evening out. We find
This place is an old farmhouse and the decor was gorgeous! There were lots of candles lit and I could see how this could be a great date night location. Our group of three enjoyed dinner over about 2.5 hours and it was beyond relaxing and we closed the place down.Oddly enough we all ordered chicken Italian style which came with veggies, fries, and potatoes. Post dinner we received a shot of Baileys with fresh cream. We enjoyed hot tea and a tray of assorted candies to choose from.If you are in this area, try this place. You will not be disappointed!

My friend and I both ordered the French Onion soup and it was the highlight of our meal. We each ordered a sandwich for our main and mine was spot on. I thought the combination of bacon and pineapple sounded a bit different, but it was great.

This restaurant tries to be a cut above the rest and succeeds. Itâs clean and well presented and despite being the second time Iâve eaten here on a quiet weekday the food was very very good. It can only get better with all cylinders firing Friday to Sunday. On this occasion I ate on my own, but the restaurant was sufficiently intimate to allow me to find a secluded spot without feeling out of place.I looked in vain for a wine menu so wine lovers beware I think itâs beer only. Even so, once my food arrived I was too busy enjoying it and forgot all about the idea of wine and just enjoyed my beer. The service was very friendly and despite my embarrassing lack of Dutch I was saved by an English speaking waitress and an English menu. Shameful I know, but after a long journey earlier in the day my focus was on the food rather than making myself understood. Apologies to cultural lovers, but today just wasnât the day.I had carpaccio for my starter which was was delicious followed by a wonderful steak cooked exactly to my liking. I wasnât bereft of side dishes either so by the time I finished my meal I was really quite full. In summary, after a very long days travelling this was the perfect place to relax, enjoy a good meal (with beer) and then afterwards slip into a long and welcome slumber back at my digs.

A great place for lunch, dinner and drinks.
The Douairiere is a central place in Boxmeer where you can have drinks and food. I went here on a Friday night and a Sunday afternoon. The service wasnât always that good, as it took very long before they saw we wanted something to order. We got some bites with our drinks, which were nice. A nice place to go with friends.

We were here after the birth of our son's twins in à nearby hospital, had never seen the place before. We were pleasantly surprised by the way the restaurant looked. Nice young men as waiters, still some things to learn but were doing their best. The entrecotes, lamb and steak tasted good and were presented with veggies, salad and chips (Brabant it is). Speedy service, as we had requested. We will be back!

Brasserie Zuss is a very relaxed, beautiful decorated little bistro, with a lovely terrace. Their menu is great, with many choices of sandwiches, soups, salads and desserts. They have a big range of different types of coffee. What I like best of this bistro, is that everything is fresh. The two owners purchases their ingredients from the local shop owners, including the oranges for their orange juice. I was buying some vegetables at the local green grocer, and in came the waitress from the bistro with an empty jug, asking for a refill of fresh, juicy oranges. I can highly recommend this little restaurant, where the service is friendly and quick. Prices are reasonable!

Met een aantal collegaâs hier gaan eten. Service is ok, een collega kreeg zân eten te laat. De angus beef was geheel doorbakken, de patat was goed maar de Side dish groente was een prutje. Ok maar niet super.
