Our guide is very experienced and patient, always smiling and getting us in a good spot for watching. We saw 3 leopards, crocodiles, buffalos, many birds, some spotted deers, a hare, some eagles, numerous peacocks and a family of elephants. Highly recommended!

Not only do you have the best chance of seeing a Sri Lankan leopard, but you also have a very high chance of seeing elephants. We went during a period of time that Yala national park was experiencing a mini-drought. This meant that the elephants were further inside the park around the permanent lakes and not need the main roads. Even then, we still managed to spot a lone male grazing in amongst the trees. If you go to Yala when there are not experiencing a drought then you will certainly see herds of elephants roaming around the park in plain sight.

Oh had an amazing tour to yala, it was so marvellous . That i must share my experience with you. I must be thankful to yala lasafari tours who supplied me a great service within my tour. We used this taxi service while we were staying in Galle. They were extremely professional, punctual and the cars were clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this taxi firm, they made us feel very welcome and were very helpful and friendly. The drivers went out of their way to make sure we arrived at our destination safely. We went on an full day safari with dreams wild safari.our driver has been doing this work for many years in this region and knew where to find the more usive animals and back trails.During the safari he proved very knowledgeable about the different animals that we have seen.I highly recomanded dreams wild safari.

We booked a safari for yala national park from Hambantota harbour. Nelum was our guide and driver in the park, he was a well experienced driver with a full of knowledge. Showed us 02 leopards and few elephants, crocodiles, buffalo, plenty of birds and dears. We were extremely happy with this tour. Highly recommend!

Everything was excellent. Staff, vehicle, instructor and amazing homemade foods. Great driver who really took care of us. He did everything to create a great safari experience. Best spirits at 4 0 clock in the morning, good relations to the park authorities and other drivers. He knows the park and is a reliable person. We lucky to saw the group of elephant with their cute babies, two leopard in raining time and sloth bears, group of deer, birds and many kind of mammals. Specially we spent the whole day together and were lucky enough to see leopards. He regularly explained facts about the animals was saw. If we had questions, he was eager to help us and provide the answer we were seeking. I highly recommended Dreams wild safari. A great adventure.

I went on the evening tour with Srimal and it was awesome. We saw many animals elephants, deer, birds, gators, water buffalo, but the best was when he was alerted there was a leopard in the area. We were like the four vehicle to the area. We were about 15 meters away as it sat right next to the road and wasn’t bothered by the jeeps. It sat for a while then laid down. It walked around and were we positioned so we could keep driving ahead instead of backing up in the traffic jam. We walked it for about 15 minutes. It went in the tree for a while then back into the bush. On the way home he stopped and bought some street food for us to try. It was delicious. He would go out of the way to make your trip awesome. Even stopping by the entrance gate for sunset photos. The next morning I booked a half day safari with Nalaka. He did a great job explaining the morning and how it would go. Search for leopard then breakfast and continue with safari. After breakfast we still hadn’t seen a leopard and was giving up hope as most go and sleep for the day. Near the end of the tour he was alerted of a leopard walking around in a different area from the night before. We got there and didn’t see it. We waited and waited and soon it appeared again walking in the brush eventually making its way up a tree for good pictures. Great company with many jeeps keeping an eye out for the leopard. No sloth bear though. I would highly recommend this company. Great pricing like $36 for am group with breakfast. $40 for pm with group.
