At the first village you will stop, it seems to go back in time! Riomaggiore, where your driver drops you off, is a gem, with its alleys, its castle and the typical colored houses overlooking the small harbor of the seaside village. After some leisure time to spend in this picturesque village, take the boat or train (your own epenses) to reach Manarola, another wonderful village. Here your driver will pick you up to drive you to Vernazza, probably the most charming of the Cinque Terre. Here you will have lunch in one of the typical restaurants. After lunch, you will take the route to Monterosso (by boat or train at your expenses) and enjoy a pleasant walk along the waterfront. at the end of your visit in this wonderful village, you will go back to Genoa with your dirver Please note that it's not possible to move by car between the villages, ths is why the route shoud be made by trains or boats.

Only 7 people and the tour was by Van. The driver guided us during the drive but no guide joined us at our stop in Castellina. Professional presentations at the wineries. Especially at Poggio Amorreli with Andrea where we were treated with Spumante, one white and two red Chianti and one supertuscan. We also got bread, cheese, salami with their own balsamic vinegar and olive oil. The driver called for a taxi upon arrival in Florence ????

Here you will taste the local ‘limoncino ligure’ in a typical wine shop in the city centre. In the afternoon we will have free time to swim or to visit the centre of the village.

I couldn’t put correct date on this review - I did this tour with my two children in August 2019 and originally posted it then. I have had a message to say that I had posted it under the wrong company (one with a very similar name). I would like to re-post the review as we had such a brilliant day with our guide and would like to recommend the tour company to others whenever this type of activity goes ahead again! Our guide Ms Ivanova was very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour took in many places around the city and we also visited the Uffizi in the afternoon. I was with my children aged 6 and 9 and both really enjoyed this day. They felt included and learned a lot. The guide met us at the times planned and gave plenty of opportunities for questions and were able to answer any queries. Everything was organised well and went smoothly. We were unable to book a tour inside the Duomo but actually this one which took us all the way around the outside and to other fascinating parts of the city was perfect for my family.
Following the roads suspended between sky and sea with medieval villages of fishermen tenaciously clinging onto the rocks admire the charm of the pastel colored houses from the sea, the bell towers and olive trees that lean out from the terracing, until discovering at the extremity of this embracing coast the magic of a village celebrated by Byron and Shelley.
Inclusions: Pick Up and Drop Off at the hotel in Florence if centrally located, Transport by deluxe air-conditioned vehicle with WIFI on board, English/Italian speaking driver, Train and boat tickets in Cinque Terre Area
Exclusions: Guide service, Gratuities, Everything not mentioned as Included

After a lovely drive (about 4 hours) through Umbria and Tuscany and along the Thyrrenian Sea you will arrive in La Spezia where you can catch the last Cinque Terre village: Monterosso. After visiting Monterosso , you will continue your tour using the ferry boat which will stop in the other tiny villages, Manarola, Riomaggiore, Corniglia, Vernazza going back to La Spezia. The inhabitants of Cinque Terre are not only from the natural environment, but also from the natural environment, where the wild nature is scattered with vineyards, or the plantation and citrus orchards, creating a precious bond between man. Admire cultivation of grapes and olives on terraces of the Mediterranean Sea! The breathtaking views of the harbors, the wild but the hospitable coastline along with the medieval fortresses and the plentiful vines and vibrant colors, make this a memorable holiday.
Inclusions: Pick-up and drop off with luxury transportation and private chauffeur, Private English-speaking tour escort at your disposal, Train tickets (economy class), Ferry boat tickets

We wished we could see Pope Francis but we could never expected we could see him so closely thanks to Rossana great effort. Rossana and our driver Luigi are both great persons and the visit to the Pope very well organized. They both were professional, supportive, engaging and very helpful. Rossana took really a great effort to make the visit tailored to our needs and she had great sense of humour. Big thanks to R and L. We would highly recommend this tour.
