This November, I had the opportunity to take my European father-in-law on his first trip to Bangladesh. After searching online for tour options in Srimangal, I came across MAM Holidays Bangladesh's offerings. Overall the tour was extremely well-organized and covered several lovely sites and unique activities: - On Day 1, we took an early train from Dhaka to Srimangal (approx. 4.5 hours), arriving at our hotel early in the afternoon. That day we visited the Baikka Beel Wetland Sanctuary; - On Day 2, we visited the Lawachara National Park in the morning and then had a fantastic, invigorating cycle-ride (approx. 20km!) to Madhabpur Lake in the afternoon; - Day 3 was the highlight of our trip as we undertook a challenging and adventure-packed hike to Ham Ham Waterfall. I won't give away everything but it was truly a special experience. Overall our tour guide was friendly, well-mannered and did his absolute best to make us feel at home. You could really sense his hospitality and desire to make us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend the tour and this company! Thanks again Misbah, Mizanur and team!

As a travel and landscape photographer, I always prefer to visit iconic places of natural beauty. For many years I was planning on visiting Bangladesh, to be very honest it's vast mountain range of Sajek, Bandarban hilly areas and coastal areas of the Bay of Bengal and Saintmartin's island. And while searching online for a trustworthy and friendly tour operator here in Bangladesh I came across "Cholo Bangladesh Tours" travel agency led by Rocky Hasan and his team. On the journey to travel across the country, I visited Cox's Bazar the largest sea beach in the world, Saintmartin’s island, Chera Dwip, Sajek, Bandarban mountain range and so many beautiful places. I found his team very friendly with their amazing sense of humour. Food here is great, varieties of spices! Amazing landscapes and seascapes across the southern part of the country. Travelling with this group of people made my journey here in Bangladesh so refreshing and enjoyable! To my fellow tourists, travellers, photographers, filmmakers and content creators across the world, if you ever are planning on visiting Bangladesh I highly recommend Rocky Hasan and his amazing team of ”Cholo Bangladesh Tours” for your pleasant journey here! Cheers u all! Happy travelling.

My friend (a local girl) & me from Switzerland had a GREAT time with the most flexible guide / Mr. Mahibur. He went off the besten track and shiwed us around in a costumized personell way. Because I didn‘t wanna waste time in a boring, dark museum. But instead I LOVE streetlife & talks & smiles with locals. THANKS Mahibur & inshalkah, we‘ll meet in Switzerland next time.
