Max Watts is a single door entry off Swanston Street (opposite the town hall) as described. Well lit entry to stairs down to ticket entrance, then another 2 flights of stairs down to level where bar, toilets and the cavernous performance space opens up. Friendly bar staff, fabulous live music venue for mostly standing room viewing. Went to see the Sex Pistols Experience and their support act which was lots of fun with enthusiastic crowd.
