Reviews on Czech food in Pardubice, Bohemia, Czech Republic. Pardubice (Czech pronunciation: [ˈpardubɪtsɛ] ( listen); German: Pardubitz) is a city in the Czech Republic. It is the capital city of the Pardubice Region and lies on the river Elbe, 96 kilometres east of Prague. There is an old Tower and a Castle. A restaurant with many dining rooms. The cellar part is often quite smoky. The upper part with cane furniture is non-smoking and family friendly - there is a corner for kids, with toys and even a micro to warm baby food. This part is in summer open. Lunch time with several menu options for reasonable price (soup included). Food tasty (try steaks). A reservation of a table for evenings recommended.

Äeská restaurace v centru mÄsta s lokálnÃmi produkty. Pracujeme s mÃstnÃmi dodavateli s prvotÅÃdnà jakostÃ. V letnà sezonÄ nabÃzÃme pravidelné akce s venkovnÃm grilovánÃm a kapelami nejen z Pardubic.
We went here recently for some wine on a hot afternoon. There was seating outside in the square. The food menu looked great. The staff were very nice and had some English. The wine choice was poor in the food menu, but we did see a full wine list at another table, it must be specifically asked for. Will definitely return for a meal.

restaurant in Pardubice. Food is simply ecxellent as well as the service. The location is little bit strange (groundfloor of the reconstructed bank building) but do not hesitate and come in!

Pivovarka is a restaurant located at Pernštejn brewery. Menu is mostly traditional Czech cuisine, with plenty of food that goes along with beer. Portions are big and rich for affordable prices. It is possible to taste variety of beers from Pernštejn brewery. Ambient is spacy and clean, toilets could use some renovation. There are separated smoking and non-smoking areas, as well as small terrace in front of the bar. There's also a free wifi. Service is average, menus available in English. Restaurant is located about 10minutes walk from city center and railways station. Try Pardubicki porter, dark beer.

We were there with some colleagues, without a prior reservation (which I do not recommend!) but we were lucky enough to have a good table for all of us.They have a very good menu and the food is excellent.A must go, in my opinion.

Me and my friends discovered this Pub/Restaurant near the city centre, because it was located close to our hotel. We decided to try a beef stew with chilli with traditional czech addition called "knedliki". It has delicious flavor! My colleague tried a ribs, but he admitted they were too fatty. Next time we tried the typical czech meal that is a fried cheese with french fries. It was delicious. I have to admit that I love czech cuisine, which is very tasty. For me it is obvious that I do naot have to recommand the czech beer, because it is sooo good! :) Additionally, the staff is nice and friendly, the place is cosy and well designed. I recommand this place.

Potrefena husa (PH) is a nation-wide franchise, yet their menu (thus quality and taste) varies. This is a superstar among good but not so special PHs I visited in Prague or Brno. Service was world class, food absolutely delicious. Price were reflecting the quality and the region. Recommended to all!///I kdyz je Potrefena Husa celostatni fransizou, nabizene menu (a tudiz kvalita a chut jidel) neni unifikovana. Tato restaurace je absolutni spicka mezi PH, ktere jou dobre avsak nicim vyjmecne. Ty jsem vsak navstivil v Praze nebo Brne. Cena odpovida kvalite jidla/sluzeb a regionu Pardubic. Doporucuji vsem!

We visited Pardubice during chest competition. We used to eat in this pizza restaurant. There is an outside sitting and it is verz convenient during summer days. We must say that pizzas are very good and home-made limonades are excellent. Staff was welcoming.
