This company provides private tours and their suggested itineraries are flexible and can be modified if the client desires. Sergey was our planner for the tour. He was very responsive in our email exchanges and happy to make the modifications we requested to the suggested itinerary . He kept in touch promptly and provided all the information we needed for our visas and a detailed revised itinerary that went very smoothly. Overall, both my wife and I enjoyed the trip very much and were quite satisfied with the itinerary and arrangements. Both of the hotels (Mercure Arbat in Moscow and Majestic Boutique in St. Petersburg) were of very good quality, in good and convenient locations, with friendly, helpful staff who spoke English well. The included breakfasts were also quite good. The guides, Natalya in Moscow and Elena in St. Petersburg, were both very professional and knowledgeable about the descriptions and history of the places we visited. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend Rusmania for people looking to book travels to Russia in a non-group setting.
